Frm the welcme screen click n the yellw Cntinue t Family buttn. Yu will be taken t the Member List screen. Step 2 Scrll t the bttm f the Member List screen. Yu will see a bx titled Register a Member in an Event Only Members with an Active Enrllment Status May Enter. Chse the participant s name and event frm the drp-dwn menus and click the Register buttn. 2 Step 3 Fill in yur entry using the drp-dwn menus, text fields, and check bxes. Check ALL the events yu plan t participate in at Hrse Jambree. Yu d nt have t pre-enter exhibits fr the Arts & Crafts r Mdel Hrse Shws. All entries will be dne n-site at Jambree. List the first and last name f the adult wh will serve as yur Chaperne. If yu dn t knw wh yur chaperne will be, cntact yur Cunty 4-H Office. Yu cannt cmplete yur registratin until this blck is filled. Registratins that are submitted withut a chaperne s name will nt be apprved. Chse yur t-shirt size. Briefly list any serius allergies, special dietary needs, r physical/medical limitatins that require special accmmdatin r arrangements. This blck is fr event planning purpses s a brief cmment is enugh; yu will prvide detailed infrmatin in the Event Health Frm. If yur parent r guardian will nt pick yu up frm Hrse Jambree n the final day, list the name(s) f adults wh are authrized t sign ut/transprt the 4-Her. The parent/guardian s name must be typed in the blank t authrize their 4-Her t ride with smene else. Click the Cntinue buttn. Step 4 An additinal items screen will appear t give yu additinal instructins t cmplete yur registratin. Read it and click cntinue. 3 Step 5 The Cart screen will appear and shw the registratin fee fr this event. Click the Check Out buttn. Step 6 A Payment screen will appear, and yu will see a filled dt beside the check ptin. Yu d nt need t d anything with this screen. Click the Select Payment Methd buttn. Step 7 A Cnfirm screen will appear. Check the infrmatin and click the Cnfirm Order buttn t submit yur registratin. 4 Step 8 The Registratin Cnfirmatin screen will appear, cnfirming yur registratin. Click the links in the Files t Dwnlad sectin t dwnlad the frms yu need t cmplete yur registratin. Yur registratin will be listed as Pending-Cunty until apprved by yur Cunty 4-H Online manager. Yur registratin will be listed as Pending-Regin until apprved by the State 4-H Office. Yur registratin will be apprved by the State 4-H Office when yur cmpleted frms and payment are received and prcessed. Yu may be called upn t assist with medical care in an emergency. Click the Cntinue buttn.
