Yu will receive a written respnse frm the Cmmunity Develpment Department listing any utstanding issues and/r cncerns frm the fllwing departments (as applicable) Planning & Zning Department City Engineer (Cnsulting Engineer) Building Official Public Wrks Parks Fire Chief Applicable service prviders (if necessary) A written summary f revisins and revised cpies f drawings are t be submitted t the Cmmunity Develpment Department fr fllw up staff review. Revisins review will cntinue until final staff apprval. 3. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING All revisins and staff review must be cmplete by the Mnday prir t the Planning and Zning meeting. If there are utstanding review items, the item will be delayed until the next meeting. The agenda shall be psted at City Hall fr public ntice and n the City s website at 72 hurs prir t the meeting. An applicant r representative shall be present t give a brief, n mre than ten-minute, prject verview and/r presentatin. If yu have any presentatin needs, cntact the Cmmunity Develpment Department n later than the Thursday prir t the meeting date. Apprved items will be placed n the City Cuncil s Agenda in accrdance with the develpment schedule. (N exceptins will be made due t time restraints). CITY COUNCIL MEETING City Staff will give the Cuncil an verview r the prject, and a representative shall be present fr any questins. Presentatins shuld be arranged with the Cmmunity and Ecnmic Develpment Department n later than Thursday prir t the meeting date. 6. AFTER THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING The applicant shall prvide the fllwing cpies NO later than 30 days after the City Cuncil meeting. City Staff will recrd plats with Cllin Cunty within 30 business days and return necessary cpies t the applicant.
