Nt included in ur term pht cllectins : yearbks, newspaper articles, city directries, and bks. These images are still subject t any cpy fees r research time if requested. Based n the cnditin f the material, the Librarian has the right t refuse the cpying f any materials if the preservatin f the materials is at stake. If the Directr des nt apprve yur Permissin fr Use f Images frm, yu will be able t appeal t the Bard f Directrs by mail. Address yur letter t: Library Bard f Trustees, Niagara Falls Public Library, 1425 Main Street St., Niagara Falls, NY, Image requests are usually filled in 7-10 days. Please nte, the mre phtgraphs requested, the mre time it will take t cmplete. The higher the requested reslutin, the mre unlikely it becmes that the image will be able t be ed. The researcher wuld be respnsible either fr transferring the image t their wn device (ex: flash drive, hard drive, etc.) r having it digitally sent via Drpbx. Researchers are prhibited frm using their wn prtable scanning equipment, flash cameras, r vide cameras in the Niagara Falls Public Library Lcal Histry Department. Nn-Flash cameras may be permitted if cnsulted with Lcal Histry staff prir t use. All scanning requests are t nly be cmpleted by Niagara Falls Public Library staff. Researchers may nt use the NFPL scanning equipment themselves, nr des the NFPL staff perfrm advanced image manipulatin. All Image requests are subject t the fee schedule n the fllwing page.
