The htel enjys far-reaching views ver ancient wdland, ut t the Westbury White Hrse, as well as a range f excellent health, fitness, and leisure facilities. Since early March 2017, Cmbe Grve has been wned by The Elmhurst Fundatin, a charity that is transfrming Cmbe Grve int a centre fr wrk-based learning excellence with a range f high quality, enhanced apprenticeships. Over the cming mnths and years, The Elmhurst Fundatin will cntinue t evlve the htel int a g-t destinatin fr wellness, making the very mst f the htel s tranquil wdland setting and utstanding natural views. The purpse f The Elmhurst Fundatin is als t prvide public benefit, sharing the assets that we have available & creating a space fr the lcal cmmunity fr generatins t cme. Our inspiratin Cmbe Grve has 76 acres f grunds which ver the cming mnths and years we will cultivate and nurture, in harmny with nature. We will seek t be mre valley-facing in everything we d, as we wrk twards becming as envirnmentally-friendly and sustainable as we can pssibly be. With a specific fcus n Health and Wellbeing we are particularly interested in the human bdy. Linked t this is nutritin, birth and death, decay, impermanence, renewal, The cycle f nature. The laws and rules f nature and its pwer and frce. The natural phenmena that humans cntend with. The meeting pint between the natural wrld and the wrk that humans have created. Pllutin and its effects and impact. The wdland n ur estate inspires a fcus n nature, trees and the creatures that live amng them. With a specific fcus n yga and meditatin we are particularly interested in creative wrk that cnsiders matter, csms, enlightenment, the frce f will and intentin, stred memries and the effect n the bdy. Persnality change, triggers fr change. Frm cming int being. Awareness. We will cherish craftsmanship and things that are made with great care by hand, particularly frm natural r recycled materials.

2 Our art cllectin We are seeking t frm partnerships with independent artists t be invlved in a new cllectin f art t be in place thrughut the year, with sme flexibility n when the art arrives. 3 Guidelines fr the art Exhibits may be paintings, drawings, prints and phtgraphs and must be the artist s wn wrk. Each piece f artwrk shuld arrive framed (where apprpriate) and with string ready t hang (n metal r Perspex, n rings, nails r prtruding screws please) Drp ff, cllectin and delivery shuld be rganised by the artist Our maintenance team will be n hand t assist with hanging, when we have arranged the time and date f delivery with yu.
