Check-In and Parking Ntes Belw a. Check In- Check in at the Vlunteer Tent, t let the event rganizer knw yu re present. b. Parking there are n special ntes regarding parking at this event. Park in a free parking area, r paid. Paid parking areas will nt be reimbursed, as there will be space available n surface streets r in the event lt. 2. Bring extra batteries and memry cards. Yu ll use ur memry cards, but if smething happens and yu need memry, it s better t have it available, then t nt 3. Set camera t an image size f apprx. 1MB 4. Set camera time t the crrect lcal time 5. Set Aut Rtate t ON 6. Bring a paper tablet and pen with yu t mark what is n yur memry cards a. Yu ll phtgraph the tablet like a slate, and turn in yur cards t the lead with that slate. 7. If yu re shting in the festival area and/r start crral, please bring yur flash and an apprpriate lens fr prtraits 8. If yu re n curse please make sure t phtgraph ONE image per participant that yu re phtgraphing. It s nt necessary t sht 3 images f the same persn, all with the same backgrund etc. One image per participant is all that is needed, per pprtunity 9. Curse/Finish Phtgraphers make sure t set yur camera t at least 1/640 th t 1/1000 th t stp the actin. Adjust settings accrdingly. 10. Pay is flat rate pay, agreed t befre this event.

Sht n A pririty F4 is a nice aperture, t get sme separatin. Adjust yur ISO t insure yu re at a high enugh shutter. Make sure yur fcus setting is set t cntinuus. Metering shuld be set t evaluative metering. These images needed t be sent n the day f the event These images shuld be the sht list images and images frm each phtgrapher s camera. These will be prmtinal phts fr the event, s please lk fr the better images.
