1 PROMOTION RULES Nw Barding ELIGIBILITY Only persns wh are eighteen (18) years f age r lder may participate in the Nw Barding 2018 prmtin (hereafter referred t as the Prmtin ), prvided they have an Espacejeux accunt n ltquebec.cm and validated their identity accrding t the terms indicated in the My Espacejeux sectin, are residents f Québec and nt registered in a Lt-Québec nline gaming site, gaming hall r casin self-exclusin prgram. Emplyees f the Sciété des casins du Québec inc. ( SCQ ) are nt eligible fr the Prmtin. 2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The Prmtin will be held frm 3:00:00 a.m. n March 12, 2018, t 2:59:59 a.m. n April 23, HOW TO PARTICIPATE 3.1 T participate in the Prmtin, eligible persns must first register by entering the weekly prmtin cde 1 where indicated in their Espacejeux accunt during the Prmtin perid. Cdes are indicated in Appendix 1 f the rules herein and n the Prmtin page at ltquebec.cm. Each eligible persn will be allwed t register nly nce (1) during the entire Prmtin perid. 3.2 Once duly registered, persns eligible fr the Prmtin will autmatically receive: One (1) entry fr the draw indicated in Sectin 4 f the rules herein, prvided they successfully enter the weekly prmtin cde in the My Accunt sectin under the My Prmtins tab n ltquebec.cm. Eligible persns may receive n mre than six (6) free entries thrughut the Prmtin perid One additinal (1) entry fr the same draw fr each blck f ten dllars ($10) bet using real mney during the Prmtin perid in the fllwing sectins: Ltteries, Casin (including slt machines, table games and vide pker and ken), XP Games (including Expérience and EZ games), Bing (including card purchases and mini games) r Sprts (including Mise--jeu and Mise--jeu Pl). 3.3 Bets are cumulative. DRAWS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES 4.1 The Prmtin s randm draws will be cnducted electrnically by Lt-Québec s cmputer system at SCQ headquarters in Mntréal n the dates indicated in Appendix 1 herein in rder t determine ten (10) weekly Prmtin winners, i.e. sixty (60) winners fr the entire Prmtin perid. 4.2 Each draw will be cnducted and supervised by authrized SCQ representatives. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 4.3 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and cmpliant: The ten (10) weekly winners wh qualify t bard the virtual airplane in ecnmy class during Weeks 1 t 3 will win a prize cnsisting in fifty dllars ($50) t be bet 2. PRIZE REMITTANCE An SCQ staff member will the winners designated in accrdance with Sectin 4 herein t cnfirm the win and the depsit f the prize in their Espacejeux accunt, and explain applicable terms fr claiming the prize. The SCQ may require the winner t shw a valid frm f gvernment-issued pht ID befre remitting the prize. Once the winner s identity has been checked and cnfirmed and the persn has cmplied with the rules herein, the prize described in Sectin 4 f the rules herein will be awarded accrding t the terms indicated by the SCQ. 6. NAME, ADDRESS AND PHOTOGRAPH The name, address, phtgraph and vide f the winners, and any ther infrmatin vluntarily prvided, may be used by Lt-Québec and its subsidiaries nt nly fr the draws described in the rules herein, but als fr advertising purpses, particularly n the Internet, n the prmtin page n ltquebec.cm (including in scial media) and n the Winners page. The winners must waive all rights t cmpensatin related t bradcasting, printed material and advertising. 7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 7.1 Each eligible persn may win nly ne (1) prize amng ecnmy class and amng business class seats fr the entire Prmtin perid. 7.2 This Prmtin may nt be cmbined with any ther prmtin r event. 7.3 The SCQ reserves the right t replace the prize with anther f equal value. 7.4 The SCQ reserves the right t cancel r delay the Prmtin, in whle r in part, fr any reasn whatsever r due t an act f Gd r frce majeure. 7.5 The SCQ declines all respnsibility tward any persn shuld the Prmtin be delayed, cancelled r amended, r in the event f cmputer equipment breakdwn r malfunctin. 7.6 The SCQ may als amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available t the public. 7.7 The SCQ declines all respnsibility twards any persn wh may nt have received ne r mre electrnic entries r a chance t participate in the Prmtin. 7.8 The SCQ declines all respnsibility in the event f any situatin, incident r ther ccurrence that may prevent a persn frm meeting participatin deadlines. 7.9 In the event that a participant vilates the rules herein, makes a false statement, attempts t cheat, cmmits fraud, acts in cllusin r cnspires with a third party, their participatin will be autmatically cancelled and they will be inadmissible fr any ther event related t the Prmtin.
