Furthermre, these prducts must cmply with the prvisins f the Cuncil Regulatin (EC) N 834/2007 and its implementing rules, as amended, r the Guideline Organic Prductin, as amended and may bear a reference t rganic prductin in the sales descriptin. Fr all ther businesses that have a valid inspectin cntract with the certificatin bdy Austria Bi Garantie, but d nt themselves carry ut the final step f prductin r prcessing fr the prduct, a written apprval must be submitted by the certificatin bdy Austria Bi Garantie fr the prduct declaratin. If several cmpanies are declared n the label, n misleading with respect t the respnsible inspectin bdy may arise frm the use f the lg! Agricultural enterprises may use the lg nly n rganic prducts, nt n prducts in cnversin. Obligatry additinal specificatin n advertising materials, business dcuments, web pages, etc. in the same field f view as the lg: Our rganic prducts are certified by Austria Bi Garantie. The client is entitled t use the lg fr labeling and fr prmtinal purpses after inspectin/certificatin. The directive prper use is checked during the inspectins. EU Organic Lg Yu can find the exact style guide in the Cmmissin Regulatin (EU) N 271/2010 and in the user manual. 4 Lg Cratia Lg Rmania The ABG/EU Organic Lg can be used in prtrait frmat r in landscape frmat and has t be used like these samples. The lg may be assciated with graphical r textual elements referring t rganic farming. These samples cntain the land f rigin where the agricultural raw material has been farmed EU Agriculture nn-eu-agriculture EU/Nn-EU-Agriculture Name f the cuntry: the land f rigin where all raw materials have been farmed has t be added Size f the EU Organic Lg and the ABG/EU Organic Lg The Organic lg f the EU must have a height f at least 9 mm and a width f at least 13,5 mm; the prprtin rati height/width shall always be 1:1,5. Exceptinally the minimum size may be reduced t a height f 6 mm fr very small packages. The size f the ABG/EU Organic lg results frm this minimum size. 6 Imprper use f the trademark lgs In case f malpractice r imprper use f the trademark ABG/EU Organic Lg, the cntracting parties shall first strive t reach an amicable slutin. In the first ccurrence f an infringement, ABG shall respnd with a written warning, including reasnable crrective measures. In the event f further infringements r if an amicable slutin cannt be reached, the client shall be required t pay a penalty in the amunt f 10% (minimum amunt 1,000.-) f the turnver earned as a result f sales f the incrrectly labeled prducts. This fine shall nt be subject t the judicial right f mitigatin. Furthermre, ABG shall be entitled t terminate the inspectin cntract immediately and withut ntice if the trademark lg is used in a manner cntrary t the cntract.
