9 3.1. New Timeline Tracks The timeline has been revamped with additinal tracks t ffer an array f new functinality fr yur 3D animatins. The existing Camera and Digger tracks remain unchanged. Hwever, the track fr actr keys has been split int the fllwing: Lcatin track: displays the keys indicating an actr s lcatin. Prperties track: expands int sub-tracks (such as Opacity, Materials and Events) displaying prperty-related keys. Viewprt track: displays all the viewprt prperty keys.. 9

10 3.2. Restre Active View Visibility A new visibility cmmand is nw available in the Hme ribbn t let yu restre the visibility f all actrs f the active view. Use it when yu have made changes in the view (such as mving r adding actrs, changing actrs' visibility) and then want t restre the visibility f all actrs t the last updated state. Other prperties such as clr, pacity, psitin, etc. will nt be restred Thick Brder fr Active View The active view is nw surrunded by a thick brder in the Views pane. This enables yu t differentiate between the active view and selected views (which are highlighted and surrunded by a thinner brder). 10

Cmpser PMI Remver If yu are facing perfrmance-related issues when lading Cmpser files (.smg r.smgxml) cntaining large amunts f Prduct Manufacturing Infrmatin (PMI), a tl is 11

12 nw at yur dispsal in the Cmpser installatin flder, that will let yu remve this PMI frm specified files. Remving PMI frm.smg r.smgxml files reduces their size, and therefre, cnsequently reduces the time it takes t lad these files in Cmpser. 12
