1 Set up and use yur Beats X earphnes Here's everything yu need t knw t make the mst f yur Beats X earphnes. Turn n The pwer buttn is n the cable beneath the right earphne. Press and hld the buttn fr 1 secnd t turn yur earphnes n r ff. Set up If the indicatr light n yur earphnes turns n but desn't flash, yur earphnes have already been set up with a device. In that case, fllw the steps t cnnect t a different device.

2 If yu have an iphne with ios 10, fllw these steps. When yu set up yur earphnes in this way, they als set up autmatically with any f yur ther supprted devices that are signed in t iclud and using ios 10, macos Sierra, r watchos Hld yur earphnes next t yur unlcked iphne. 2. Press the pwer buttn n yur earphnes fr 1 secnd. 3. After a few secnds, yur iphne asks yu t cnnect. If it desn't, press the pwer buttn n yur earphnes fr 5 secnds. 4. Fllw the instructins n yur iphne. If yu have sme ther Bluetth device, fllw these steps t pair yur earphnes with that device: 5. Press the pwer buttn fr 5 secnds. When the indicatr light flashes, yur earphnes are discverable. 6. G t Bluetth settings n yur device. 7. Select yur earphnes frm the list f discvered Bluetth devices. Cnnect t a different device Yur earphnes autmatically recnnect t the last device yu used with them. T cnnect t a different device, fllw these steps. iphne, ipad, r ipd tuch using ios 10: 8. Open Cntrl Center by swiping up frm the bttm edge f the screen. 9. Swipe t the side in Cntrl Center t shw the Nw Playing card. 10. Tap the device name n the bttm f the card, then chse yur earphnes frm the list f playback devices. If yu dn't see yur earphnes, fllw the steps fr all ther devices, belw. All ther devices: 11. G t Bluetth settings n yur device. On yur Mac, yu can just click the Bluetth icn in the menu bar. 12. Select yur earphnes frm the list f Bluetth devices. If yu dn't see yur earphnes after a few secnds, press and hld the pwer buttn fr 5 secnds.

3 Charge Plug yur earphnes int a pwer surce using the included Lightning cable. Yur earphnes prvide up t 8 hurs f playback frm a full charge, and up t 2 hurs f playback frm 5-minute charge. When yur earphnes are turned n and set up, the LED indicatr light n the pwer buttn shws hw much listening time is left: White: Up t 8 hurs left Red: Less than an hur left Blinking red: Needs t charge Cntrl T cntrl audi playback, use the center buttn n the RemteTalk cable: Press nce t play r pause audi playback. Press twice t skip t the next track. Press three times t skip backward. Press twice and hld n the secnd press t scan frward thrugh a track. Press three times and hld n the third press t scan backward thrugh a track. T cntrl playback vlume, use the vlume buttns n the RemteTalk cable. T cntrl call vlume, use the vlume cntrls n yur phne. Press and release the vlume up buttn, r press and hld t increase vlume cntinuusly Press and release the vlume dwn buttn, r press and hld t decrease vlume cntinuusly. T cntrl phne calls, use the center buttn n the RemteTalk cable: Press nce t answer r end a call. Press nce t answer a secnd incming call and put the first call n hld. When tw calls are active, this switches between calls. Press and hld fr abut a secnd t reject an incming call. Press twice t stp listening thrugh yur earphnes and send the call t the phne.

4 T activate Siri n yur ios device r the vice-cmmand feature n anther device, press and hld the center buttn n the RemteTalk cable until yu hear a chime, then say what yu need. Reset 25. Hld dwn these tw buttns fr 10 secnds: Pwer buttn Vlume dwn buttn 26. When the LED indicatr light flashes, release the buttns. Yur earphnes are nw reset and ready t be set up with yur devices again. Update Yur earphnes are autmatically kept up t date when they're set up with an iphne using ios 10. Eartip basics Eartips g in yur ears, s yu ll want t treat them right. Here s the prtcl: 1. Selecting the right size Remember ne size des nt fit all. Beats earphnes cme with several sets f eartips, s try them all t find the pair that fits mst cmfrtably. 2. Insertin and remval 1. Pull back n yur ear t straighten the canal.

5 2. Insert the eartip securely, s that it s firmly in place. 3. T remve, twist the earphne gently t break the seal in yur ear. 3. Cleaning 1. Always remve the eartip frm the earpiece befre cleaning. Failure t d this may result in damage t the earphnes. 2. Use warm water and mild sap n a damp clth t remve dirt and earwax frm the eartips. Dn t use harsh cleaning prducts. 3.
