IDEXX VetCnnect* PLUS IDEXX VetCnnect PLUS n the Patient Clipbard displays the latest labratry results fr the current patient: A new VetCnnect PLUS tab has been added t the Patient Clipbard fr clinics using IDEXX In-Huse Diagnstics and IDEXX Reference Labratries. Yur VetCnnect PLUS labratry results nw lad mre quickly, withut the need t lcate a specific result. The mst recent results are displayed autmatically. IDEXX VetLab* Statin SmartLink Billing Enhanced integratin with in-huse IDEXX labratry equipment allws yur clinic t minimize lst (billable) and incrrect charges withut manually reslving Nt Requested results. Where multiple items exist fr a prfile, we have selected a default invice item t bill, allwing yu t use the Census List n the IDEXX VetLab Statin. Yu can view and change this default invice item n the Prfile Infrmatin windw. There are fewer Nt Requested results requiring manual reslutin. Yu can use the new Billing Lg t view all charges that were autmatically billed. 1

The SediVue Dx analyzer autmatically detects and quantifies micrscpic sediments in urine samples. The manual urinalysis data entry feature nw n the IDEXX VetLab Statin. Enter specific gravity, cllectin methd, clr, and clarity at the IDEXX VetLab Statin t autmatically include the data in yur IDEXX diagnstic results. The Diagnstics tab nw prperly filters psted results by the date range specified in the default settings. Printing issues related t the Callback Reminder tab have been crrected. Open callbacks frm the previus days are displayed by default. Yu can nw use the Call Back buttn when viewing results n the VetCnnect PLUS and Lab Reprt tabs. Patient Clipbard Estimates with an ID greater than can nw be previewed n the Patient Clipbard. There is n lnger a slwdwn n the Patient Clipbard when the patient histry cntains many crrespndence dcuments. T imprve Crnerstne perfrmance, the number f patient clipbards that can be pen per wrkstatin is nw restricted t fur when using the Patient Clipbard icn. Cntrlled Substance Reprt - Nw includes client birthday and gender. Reprts Daily Payment Register by Cashier ID an errr was crrected that ccurred when filtering by cashier ID. When yu vid an invice, the number f patients is updated accrdingly n the Statistics by Staff reprt. Whitebard Nw displays a zer preceding the decimal n the Whitebard rder and treatments windw when the quantity is less than zer. Cubex* N lnger requires client infrmatin t be filled in n the cabinet t match in Crnerstne. There is a new default ptin fr dispensing items t apply sales taxes by cabinet. Entering a department n Cubex will default as Revenue Center. QuickBks* Yu can nw run QuickBks 2016 n the same wrkstatin as Crnerstne 8.5 NEXT. Supprt fr the transprt layer security (TLS) prtcl addresses a cmpatibility issue that was affecting Gmail* users. 4

5 Crnerstne* 8.5 NEXT Sftware Mbile cmputing When yu add a prblem t a medical nte, syncing ccurs crrectly. It n lnger creates either an exceptin reprt r a duplicate ID that yu can t delete. In the Imaging default settings (at a wrkstatin r n the server), if yu change the maximum number f image files t a value less than the number f files in the Cstne\Images flder, the Crnerstne sftware n lnger creates a new images flder. If an image is missing when yu synchrnize r create a mbile cmputer, yu can click Skip t cntinue. When yu enter a client address n a mbile cmputer, it is retained when the cmputer is synchrnized. When using the change given field n an invice: Synchrnizing is successful when a client has a nn-zer balance. The client balance is crrect when a client has a zer balance. Fr credit card transactins that are psted by capturing the signature, the signature icn displays crrectly n the Accunt infrmatin tab in the Patient Clipbard. Fr signed estimates, the signature icn is displayed n the Estimates tab after unding the mbile cmputer. If yu take a payment n a clsed invice n a mbile cmputer, the payment transfers t the live database when yu synchrnize. The reprts search wrks crrectly n mbile cmputers. When yu enter a prescriptin label fr an item with link items bth n a mbile cmputer and n the server, yu n lnger receive the Recrd has already been created by anther user errr message, and the synchrnizatin is successful.
