This improves the receiving document quaity and reduces handshake time due to faback during training. -A No. Footer print When set to "", the date of reception, the sender machine No., and the page No. are automaticay recorded at the end of reception. -A No. Length imitation of copy/send/receive Used to set the maximum page ength. To avoid possibe paper jam, the page ength is normay imited to 0. meter for copy or transmit, and meters for receive. It is possibe to set it to "No imit" to transmit a ong document, such as a computer print form, etc. (In this case, the receiver must aso be set to no imit.) -A No. CSI transmission (CSI TRANSMISSION) is a switch to set whether the machine sends or does not send the signa (CSI signa) informing its own teephone No. to the remote fax machine when information is received. When "nonsending" is set, the teephone No. is not output on the remote transmitting machine if the remote transmitting machine has the function to dispay or print the teephone No. of receiving machine, using this CSI signa. -A No. DIS receive acknowedgment during G transmission Used to make a choice of whether reception of DIS (NSF) is acknowedged after receiving two DISs (NSFs) or receiving one DIS (two NSFs). It may be usefu for overseas communication to avoid an echo suppression probem, if set to. -A No. Non-moduated carrier for V9 transmission mode Though transmission of a non-moduated carrier is not required for transmission by the V9 modem according to the CCITT recommendation, it may be permitted to a send non-moduated carrier before the image signa to avoid an echo suppression probem. It may be usefu for overseas communication to avoid an echo suppression probem, if set to. -A No. 8 EOL (End Of Line) detect timer Used to make a choice of whether to use the -second or -second timer for detection of EOL. This is effective to override communication faiures with some facsimie modes that have onger EOL detection. -A No. ~ No. Modem speed Used to set the initia modem speed. The defaut is 00BPS. It may be necessary to program it to a sower speed when frequent ine faback is encountered, in order to save the time required for faback procedure. -A No. Sender s information transmit (SENDER S INFORMATION TRANSMISSION) is a switch to set the function to print the content of HEADER PRINT described in the passcode ist at the front end of receiver s origina when origina is sent to the remote machine. If this switch is set to "NO", the HEADER PRINT is not output at the receiving machine. -A No. Reserved -A No. Communication error treatment in RTN sending mode (Reception) Used to determine communication error treatment when RTN is sent by occurrence of a received image error in G reception.
