Rad usage, rad clsures, number f vehicles, access pints, etc., may be regulated by the Purchaser-Owner. Site visits shall be apprved and prper check-in requirements must be fllwed. Design-Builder shall prvide signage and/r electrnic ntificatin f pssible peratinal impacts upn request by Purchaser-Owner. Unless therwise determined by Purchaser-Owner, Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr prviding bathrm and strage facilities fr all wrkers n-site, and shall be respnsible fr prcuring, installing, securing, and remving temprary security fencing and scafflding. 2. Prject Management PROJECT MANAGER Design-Builder shall assign a Prject Manager frm their firm upn executin f the Agreement and receipt f Ntice t Prceed. The Prject Manager shall ensure that all cntract, schedule, and reprting requirements f the Prject are met and shall be the primary pint f cntact fr the Purchaser-Owner. PROJECT SCHEDULE A Prject Schedule is t be prepared and submitted t the Purchaser-Owner within 14 days f Agreement executin. The Purchaser-Owner will review and apprve the Prject Schedule prir t the initiatin f wrk. Updates shall be submitted every ther week, thugh the Purchaser-Owner may allw less frequent updates at their discretin. The submittal shall be a Critical Path Methd (CPM) schedule describing all Prject activities including design, equipment prcurement, cnstructin, and cmmissining. Operatins & Maintenance Manual 30 days befre Training Sessin TBD SOLAR INCENTIVES Where applicable, Design-Builder shall submit applicatins fr all available energy prductin incentives r, shuld the Purchaser-Owner already have submitted such applicatins, assume respnsibility fr all future requirements (agreements, submittals, etc.) related t these incentive prgrams. This includes actins necessary t ensure cmpliance with the Utility net metering prgram and all intercnnectin agreements and related dcuments fr Purchaser-Owner participatin and utilizatin f the benefits f each applicable prgram. Design- Builder shall attend all site verificatin visits cnducted by the applicable public utility r Gvernmental Authrity and shall assist the Purchaser-Owner in satisfying the requirements f the incentive prgram. Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr prviding updated dcumentatin t incentive prgram administratrs thrughut the prject, as required by rules f the relevant incentive prgrams. Incentives shall be paid t the Purchaser-Owner if the system is t be purchased and t the Design-Builder shuld the system be wned by a third-party. INTERCONNECTION Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr preparing, submitting, and prcuring intercnnectin applicatin t apprpriate utility and department. If the utility determines that further engineering study r CESIR is required after the intercnnectin applicatin is reviewed, Design-Builder shall accept respnsibility fr submitting the necessary design package and the assciated prject management f this prcess, as well as fr the cst f the study. At prject cmpletin, Design-Builder shall cnfirm Permissin T Operate with the utility, and shall verify mst financially-beneficial rate schedule and billing. As specified in sectin A.5.2 f the RFP, any electrical mdificatins r service upgrades n the custmer side f the meter are the respnsibility f the Design-Builder. Design-Builder must cmply with all intercnnectin requirements. Systems installed as part f this prject will take advantage f Net Energy Metering (NEM) as well as Remte Net Metering (RNM), unless specified therwise by Purchaser-Owner r its agents. Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr ensuring the system design and intercnnectin qualifies fr NEM and RNM, as applicable, and shall be respnsible fr preparing, submitting, and prcuring NEM and RNM applicatin t apprpriate utility and department 3. System Design DESIGN REVIEW PROCESS/ PHASES The Purchaser-Owner will review and apprve design dcumentatin based n the requirements in this RFP and as detailed in Sectin 3.3 f this dcument. Additinal dcuments may be requested by the Purchaser-Owner as needed. The precise rganizatin and frmat f the design submittals shall be agreed upn by Design-Builder and the Purchaser-Owner prir t the first design submissin. The Purchaser-Owner will review all submittals, prvide written cmments, and cnduct Design Review Meetings fr each stage f the prcess. Design-Builder shall prvide additinal detail, as required, at each successive stage f the Design Review. Design-Builder shall nt rder equipment and materials until Schematic Design submittals have been apprved. Design-Builder shall nt begin cnstructin until Cnstructin Dcuments have been apprved and all required permits have been btained. The Purchaser-Owner will frmally apprve, in writing, each phase f the design and is the sle arbiter f whether each phase f the design has been cmpleted. The Design-Builder shall nt enter a subsequent design phase withut the apprval f the Purchaser-Owner. Design-Builder is respnsible fr prviding designs apprved by the apprpriate prfessinal engineers (PE) r registered architect (RA) registered in the State f New Yrk. Csts fr engineering reviews and apprvals shall be brne by the Design-Builder. System designs must take int accunt Purchaser-Owner aesthetic issues and nt cnflict with any current Purchaser-Owner peratins. DESIGN-BUILDERS LICENSE CLASSIFICATION The Purchaser-Owner requires that Respndents pssess, at the time f submissin f a Prpsal, at the time f award f the Agreement and at all time during cnstructin activities, any General Cntractr License, Electrical Cntractr License, r Slar Cntractr License (if applicable) as may be required by the gverning jurisdictin. It shall be acceptable fr a Respndent that des nt pssess an apprpriate License t list a Subcntractr with an apprpriate License. The Respndent r a Subcntractr shall als be a Participating Installer f the NY-Sun Cmmercial/Industrial Incentive Prgram. DESIGN SUBMITTALS Plan Set Page 4 f 19

At a minimum, each submittal package shall include the elements required t cnvey in sufficient detail the fllwing fr each phase f the design: Site Layut Drawings, with distances frm rf edges and existing equipment, as applicable Cnstructin Specificatins (trenching, munting, etc.) Equipment Layut Drawings Detailed Drawings Electrical Single-Line and Three-Line Diagrams Mdule Stringing Diagrams Electric Wire and Cnduit Schedule Electrical Warning Labels & Placards Plans Lighting Plan (fr carprts, as required) Netwrk Cnnectin Diagrams Architectural Drawings Structural/Mechanical Drawings Getechnical Drawings Manufacturer s Cut Sheets with Equipment Specificatins Data Acquisitin System (DAS) Specificatins, Cut Sheets, and Data Specificatins Design-Builder shall include adequate time fr Purchaser-Owner review and apprval f submittals, as well as resubmittals and re-reviews. Minimum Purchaser-Owner review time shall be ten (10) days frm the date f receipt f each submittal package during each phase f the Design Review Prductin Mdeling Prductin mdeling f the PV systems shall be perfrmed using NREL s PVWatts Calculatr ( accrding t instructins prvided in RFP and pricing attachments. The simulatins shall accurately simulate energy prductin fr prpsed system layuts, sizes, and rientatin. It is critical that PV prductin mdels are accurate with all methdlgy and assumptins described. The Purchaser-Owner will independently verify prductin mdels are accurate t the designed systems and utilize simulatin results fr ecnmic evaluatins. Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr updating the prductin mdels each time sufficient changes are made t the prpsed system designs that will impact prductin. Design-Builder shall avid excessive shading n mdules t the extent pssible. Where shading lsses are encuntered, Design-Builder shall perfrm a shading analysis justifying the basis fr their design, including any prpsed tree remval, and explaining why shading des nt create an adverse perfrmance and/r ecnmic impact. PERMITS AND APPROVALS Cnstructin Dcuments must be reviewed and apprved by all authrities having jurisdictin (AHJs) ver the wrk, which may include, but are nt limited t: the Purchaser-Owner, the State f New Yrk, lcal gvernment building department(s), and the lcal electric utility (Natinal Grid, NYSEG, r RG&E). This includes any necessary envirnmental impact assessment as required under the New Yrk State Envirnmental Quality Review (SEQR). Design-Builder shall attend all site verificatin visits cnducted by the applicable public utility r Gvernmental Authrity, including any special inspectins fr trenching, rebar, cncrete, welding, and rf attachment wrk, accrding t AHJ requirements. The Purchaser-Owner will nt grant Design-Builder relief based n Design-Builder s incmplete r incrrect understanding f permitting and apprval requirements. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS General Cnsideratins All dcumentatin and cmpnents furnished by Design-Builder shall be develped, designed, and/r fabricated using high quality design, materials, and wrkmanship meeting the requirements f the Purchaser-Owner and all applicable industry cdes and standards. The installatins shall cmply with at least, but nt limited t, the latest apprved versins f the Internatinal Building Cde (IBC), Natinal Electrical Cde (NEC), Utility Intercnnectin Requirements, New Yrk Divisin f Building Standards and Cdes (BSC) Unifrm Cde, and all ther federal, state, and lcal jurisdictins having authrity Electrical Design Standards The design, prducts, and installatin shall cmply with at least, but nt limited t, the fllwing electrical industry standards, wherever applicable: Illuminatin Engineering Sciety f Nrth America (IESNA) Lighting Standards Institute f Electrical and Electrnics Engineers (IEEE) Standards Natinal Electrical Manufacturers Assciatin (NEMA) Underwriters Labratries, Inc. Mdules shall be new, undamaged, fully warranted withut defect. If PV mdules using hazardus materials are t be prvided, then the envirnmental impact f the hazardus material usage must be disclsed, including any special maintenance requirements and prper dispsal/recycling f the mdules at the end f their useful life Inverters In additin t the abve, inverters prpsed by Design-Builder must cmply with at least, but nt limited t the fllwing: Inverters shall be suitable fr grid intercnnectin and shall be cmpliant with all Utility intercnnectin requirements. IEEE Recmmended Practice fr Utility Interface f Phtvltaic Systems. Inverters shall be UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 cmpliant. Inverters shall be CEC-listed with an efficiency f 95.5% r higher. Inverters must autmatically reset and resume nrmal peratin after a pwer limiting peratin. Inverters shall be sized t prvide maximum pwer pint tracking fr vltage and current range expected frm PV array fr temperatures and slar inslatin cnditins expected fr Prject cnditins. Enclsures shall be rated NEMA 3R when the inverter is lcated utdrs. Fr utdr installatins in crrsive envirnments, NEMA 4X series 300 stainless steel enclsures must be used. Sme sites in this RFP are highway facilities with salt sheds n site and as such may qualify as crrsive envirnments. Inverter selectin shall take int accunt anticipated nise levels prduced and minimize interference with Purchaser-Owner activities Electrical Balance f System Cmpnents Each prpsed PV system shall include, at a minimum, ne fused DC discnnect and ne fused AC discnnect fr safety and maintenance cncerns. String cmbiner bxes shall be lad-break, discnnecting types, such that pening the cmbiner bxes shall break the circuit between cmbiner bx feeders and inverters. Design-Builder shall utilize lightning arrestrs t prtect apprpriate equipment frm lightning strikes. Design-Builder shall utilize surge suppressrs t prtect the apprpriate equipment frm electrical surges. All wiring materials and methds must adhere t industry-standard best practices, and all inter-mdule cnnectins must require the use f a specialized tl fr discnnecting Munting Systems The munting systems shall be designed and installed such that the PV mdules may be fixed r tracking with reliable cmpnents prven in similar prjects, and shall be designed t resist dead lad, live lad, crrsin, UV degradatin, wind lads, and seismic lads apprpriate t the gegraphic area ver the expected 25-year lifetime. The analysis shall demnstrate that existing structures are nt cmprmised r adversely impacted by the installatin f PV, equipment, r ther activity related t this scpe. Munting systems must als meet the fllwing requirements at a minimum: All structural cmpnents, including array structures, shall be designed in a manner cmmensurate with attaining a minimum 25-year design life. Particular attentin shall be given t the preventin f crrsin at the cnnectins between dissimilar metals. Thermal lads caused by fluctuatins f cmpnent and ambient temperatures shall be accunted fr in the design and selectin f munting systems such that neither the munting system nr the surface n which it is munted shall degrade r be damaged ver time. Each PV mdule munting system must (1) be an acceptable munting system that shall nt vid the mdule manufacturer warranty, and (2) cnfrm t the mdule manufacturer s munting parameters. Fr unframed mdules, blted and similar cnnectins shall be nn-crrsive and include lcking devices designed t prevent twisting ver the 25-year design life f the PV system. Design-Builder shall utilize tamper-resistant PV mdule t rack fasteners fr all PV mdule munting. Final cating and paint clrs shall be reviewed and apprved by the Purchaser-Owner during Design Review. Painting r ther catings must nt interfere with the grunding and bnding f the array Crrsin Cntrl In additin t the abve, Crrsin Cntrl prpsed by Design-Builder must cmply with at least, but nt limited t the fllwing requirements: Fasteners and hardware thrughut system shall be stainless steel r material f equivalent crrsin resistance Racking cmpnents shall be andized aluminum, ht-dipped galvanized steel, r material f equivalent crrsin resistance Unprtected steel nt t be used in any cmpnents Each PV system and assciated cmpnents must be designed and selected t withstand the envirnmental cnditins f the site (e.g., temperatures, winds, rain, flding, etc.) t which they will be expsed. Particular attentin shuld be given t facilities with salt strage n site Rfing Requirements The installatin f PV mdules, inverters and ther equipment shall prvide adequate rm fr access and maintenance f existing equipment n the building rfs. A minimum f three feet f clearance will be prvided between PV equipment and existing mechanical equipment and ther equipment munted n the rf. A minimum f fur feet f clearance shall be prvided between PV equipment and the edge f the rf fr flat r lw slpe rfs. Clearance guidelines f the lcal fire marshal shall be fllwed, if applicable. The PV equipment shall nt be installed in a way that bstructs air flw int r ut f building systems r equipment. Page 8 f 19

9 SlarizeCNY Slar PV RFP EXHIBIT E CNY Reginal Planning and Develpment Bard Prpsed rf tp munted systems may be ballasted, standing seam attachment, r penetrating systems and must meet r exceed the fllwing requirements: Systems shall nt exceed the ability f the existing structure t supprt the entire slar system and withstand increased wind uplift and seismic lads. The capability f the existing structure t supprt prpsed slar systems shall be verified by Design-Builder prir t design apprval. Rf penetratins, if part f the munting slutin, shall be kept t a minimum. Design-Builder shall perfrm all wrk s that existing rf warranties shall nt be vided, reduced, r therwise negatively impacted. As part f the design submittals, Design-Builder shall include signed certificates frm the rfing manufacturer stating: The rfing cntractr is certified installer f Cmplete Rfing System. The manufacturer s Technical Representative is qualified and authrized t apprve prject. Prject Plans and specs meet the requirements f the warranty f the Cmplete Rfing System fr the specified perid. Existing warranty incrprates the new rfing wrk and flashing wrk. N wrk shall cmprmise rf drainage, cause damming r standing water r cause excessive sil buildup. All materials and/r sealants must be chemically cmpatible. All penetratins shall be waterprfed. Detail(s) fr the sealing f any rf penetratins shall be apprved in writing t the Purchaser-Owner, as well as the manufacturer f the existing rfing system, as part f system design review and apprval prir t Design-Builder prceeding with wrk. The Purchaser-Owner will make available the rfing manufacturer fr each building fr cnsultatin with Design-Builder as part f the design prcess. Any damage t rfing material during installatin f slar systems must be remedied by Design-Builder Shade Structure (Carprt) Requirements Design-Builder will be respnsible fr incrprating the fllwing elements in the design and cnstructin f the System: Minimum height: all shade structures shall be designed t have a minimum clear height f ten (10) feet, unless specified in a Site s Specificatin Sheet t be taller t accmmdate larger vehicles at the site. All shade structures shall be installed with a fascia surrunding the expsed edge f the structure s purlins. This requirement may be waived at the Purchaser-Owner s sle discretin. Shade structures lcated in parking lts shall have a cncrete bllards installed n supprt psts. The bllards shall extend up t a minimum elevatin f 36 abve finished grade. This requirement may be waived at the Purchaser-Owner s sle discretin. Shade structure clumns, beams, and fascia shall be painted t match site clrs r t a clr f the Purchaser-Owner s apprval. Carprt shuld utilize a single clumn design when pssible, and fr single bay parking sectins shuld use a cantilevered design, bth requirements designed t minimize bstructins fr snw plwing peratins. This requirement may be waived at the Purchaser-Owner s sle discretin. Page 9 f 19

Installatin f shade structure PV systems shall include the remval f existing security light ples, fundatins, and fixtures that are n lnger effective. Lighting systems shall als meet the fllwing requirements: Lighting shall be LED lighting r ther similar energy efficient lighting system. New parking lt fixtures shall be installed t prvide parking lt illuminatin cmpliant with IESNA requirements r recmmendatins fr illuminatin and safety. The new lighting is required t illuminate the entire parking area and adjacent pedestrian walkways affected by the remval f existing lights, nt just the area under the PV mdules. A phtmetric illuminatin plt must be submitted fr each parking lt shwing all existing lighting and prpsed new SSS canpy lighting. Phtcell cntrls shall be used in cnjunctin with a lighting cntrl system fr all exterir lighting and energize lighting when ambient lighting levels fall belw tw (2) ft-candles measured hrizntally at grund level. Lighting shall als be required t perate manually withut regards t phtcell input. Replacement parking lt lighting shall be served frm an existing parking lt lighting circuit and any existing circuits and existing cntrl functin shall be maintained, r if replaced, dne s at the apprval f the Purchaser-Owner Ancillary Equipment Enclsures Design-Builder will be respnsible fr incrprating the fllwing elements in the design and cnstructin f the System: Fencing: all ancillary equipment be gruped t a single lcatin per site and shall be surrunded by a fence t prevent access by unauthrized persnnel. The fence shall be a six (6) ft high chain link fence with vinyl privacy slats. This requirement may be waived at the Purchaser-Owner s sle discretin. Lcatin: all ancillary equipment shall be lcated in a manner that minimizes its impact t nrmal Purchaser-Owner peratins and minimizes the visual impacts t the site Placards and Signage Placards and signs shall crrespnd with requirements in the Natinal Electric Cde and the intercnnecting utility in terms f appearance, wrding, and placement. Permanent labels shall be affixed t all electrical enclsures, with nmenclature matching that fund in As-Built Electrical Dcuments Infrastructure fr Grund Munt Systems Design-Builder will be respnsible fr incrprating the fllwing elements in the design and cnstructin f the System: Fencing: the site shall be surrunded by a fence t prevent unauthrized persnnel frm gaining access the site. The fence shall be a eight (8) ft high chain link fence with vinyl privacy slats. Gates shall be installed t enable site access fr trucks. A pathway a minimum f ten (10) feet wide passable by a maintenance truck shall be prvided within the array fence t allw fr access t all equipment enclsed within the fence area. Page 10 f 19

The access rad shall be passable under all weather cnditins Wiring and Cabling Runs Design-Builder shall install all AC cnductrs in cnduit. Direct burial wire will nt be acceptable. Cnduit buried undergrund shall be suitable fr the applicatin and cmpliant with all applicable cdes. A tracing/cautin tape must be installed in the trench ver all buried cnduit. Available lad data fr the meter the system is cnnected t shall be cllected by the slar mnitring slutin as part f the DAS. Envirnmental data (temperatures and irradiance) shall be cllected via an individual weather statin installed fr each site Data cllected by the DAS shall be presented in an nline web interface, accessible frm any cmputer thrugh the Internet with apprpriate security (e.g., passwrd cntrlled access). The user interface shall allw visualizatin f the data at least in the fllwing increments: 15 minutes, hur, day, week, mnth, and year. The interface shall access data recrded in a server that may be stred n-site r remtely with unfettered access by the Purchaser-Owner fr the life f the Prject. The nline interface shall enable users t exprt all available data in Excel r ASCII cmma-separated frmat fr further analysis and data shall be dwnladable in at least 15 minute intervals fr daily, weekly, mnthly and annual prductin. The Mnitring system shall enable Purchaser-Owner staff t diagnse ptential prblems and perfrm remediating actin. The mnitring system shall prvide alerts when the system is nt functining within acceptable perating parameters. These parameters shall be defined during the design phase f the Prject and specified in the DAS design dcument. A Mnitring Manual shall be prvided t the Purchaser-Owner in printed r n-line frm that describes hw t use the mnitring system, including the exprt f data and the creatin f custm reprts. WARRANTIES Design-Builder shall prvide a cmprehensive ten (10) year warranty n all system cmpnents against defects in materials and wrkmanship under nrmal applicatin, installatin, and use and service cnditins. Additinally, the fllwing minimum warranties are required: PV Mdules: The PV mdules are t be warranted against degradatin f pwer utput f greater than 10% f the riginal minimum rated pwer in the first ten (10) years and greater than 20% in the first twenty (25) years f peratin. Inverters: Inverters shall carry a minimum 10-year warranty (direct purchase price must include a 20-year warranty). Meters: At minimum, meters shall have a five (5) year warranty. Fr meters integrated in inverters, the meter warranty perid must match the inverter. Munting system: twenty (20) year warranty, cvering at least structural integrity and crrsin. Balance f system cmpnents: the remainder f system cmpnents shall carry manufacturer warranties cnfrming t industry standards. All warranties must be dcumented, in advance and be fully transferable t Client. Prcurement/Cnstructin TREE REMOVAL Any trees that are in the ftprint f systems t be installed by the Design-Builder shall be remved by the Design- Builder at their expense, subject t the apprval f the Purchaser-Owner. The sectin f the Testing Plan that cvers Acceptance Testing shall be equivalent r superir t the CEC (Califrnia Energy Cmmissin) Guide t Phtvltaic (PV) System Design and Installatin, Sectin 4 and shall cver at least the fllwing: Detailed list f all items t be inspected and tests t be cnducted. Acceptance Criteria: Fr each test phase, specifically indicate what is cnsidered an acceptable test result. The Acceptance Testing sectin f the Testing Plan shall include (but nt be limited t) the fllwing tests: String-level vltage (pen circuit) and amperage (under lad) testing fr all PV strings. Amperage testing shall be perfrmed cncurrently with irradiance testing. Inverter testing fr all inverters. The inverters shall be cmmissined n-site by a qualified technician and shall cnfirm that the inverter can be perated lcally per specificatin and that autmatic peratins such as wake-up and sleep rutines, pwer tracking and fault detectin respnses ccur as specified. Perfrmance testing shall be perfrmed cncurrently with irradiance testing. Testing f all sensrs f the DAS. Testing f the Data Presentatin interface f the DAS. After Design-Builder cnducts all Acceptance Testing based n the Testing Plan apprved by the Purchaser- Owner prir t substantial cmpletin, Design-Builder shall submit a detailed Acceptance Test Reprt t the Purchaser-Owner fr review. The Acceptance Test Reprt shall dcument the results f the tests cnducted fllwing the Testing Plan, and include additinal infrmatin such as the date and time each test was perfrmed. It shall als make reference t any prblem and deficiencies fund during testing. If there was trubleshting dne, the Reprt shall describe the trubleshting methds and strategy. Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr prviding the labr and equipment necessary t trublesht the System. PROVING PERIOD (30 DAYS) Upn cmpletin f Acceptance Testing and System Startup, and apprval by the Purchaser-Owner, Design- Builder shall mnitr the system during a thirty (30) day Prving Perid and submit a reprt fr Purchaser-Owner review and apprval prir t final acceptance by the Purchaser-Owner. This includes mnitring system utput and ensuring the crrect functining f system cmpnents ver this time. Design-Builder shall determine thrugh analysis f data frm the Prving Perid whether the PV system delivers the expected prductin as determined by the final apprved design (i.e., Cnstructin Dcuments). Actual prductin shall be cmpared against expected prductin using actual weather data and ther system inputs (such as mdule cell temperature factr, mdule mismatch, inverter efficiency, and wiring lsses) fr calculating expected prductin. The prductin figures fr all meters, whether existing r installed by r n behalf f the IOU r by r n behalf f the Respndent, shall be crrelated during this test t verify their accuracy in measuring system prductin. All data and reprts required in Sectin shall be fully functinal and available t the Purchaser-Owner at the cmmencement f the Prving Perid. Data and reprting requirements are included in the testing scpe f the Prving Perid and deficiencies in these areas (including missing data, inaccurate reprts, and ther issues that make validatin f system perfrmance incnclusive) shall be grunds fr denying apprval f the Prving Perid Reprt. If the PV system des nt perfrm t design specificatins, diagnstic testing shall be perfrmed by Design- Builder, deficiencies shall be identified with prpsed crrective actins submitted t the Purchaser-Owner, and the Prving Perid test repeated. Design-Builder shall be respnsible fr prviding the labr and equipment necessary t trublesht the system. The Prving Perid Reprt shall be submitted after the successful cmpletin f this phase and submitted t the Purchaser-Owner fr review and apprval. The reprt shall cntain, but nt be limited t, the fllwing infrmatin; calculatins shall be prvided in Excel frmat with frmulas visible t allw fr peer review: System descriptin Test perid Test results Anmalies identified during test Crrective actin perfrmed Actual measured perfrmance Calculatins detailing expected perfrmance under TMY cnditins CLOSE-OUT DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS Clse-Out dcuments prepared by Design-Builder must include at minimum, but nt limited t, the fllwing items: Final As-Built Drawing Set with accurate string diagram, prvided in (2) hard cpy sets and an electrnic cpy in DWG frmat (r as desired by Purchaser-Owner). At a minimum, training tpics shall include the fllwing: PV system safety, including shut-dwn prcedures PV mdule maintenance and trubleshting Inverter verview and maintenance prcedures Calibratin and adjustment prcedures fr the inverters and tracking systems (if any) DAS and mnitring slutin, including standard and custm reprting Design-Builder shall submit a prpsed Training Plan during the design prcess fr apprval and prvide all training materials and manuals t supprt n-site training in advance f scheduled training sessins (see schedule f submittals in Sectin 2.3, Submittals ). The n-site prtin f the training prgram shall be scheduled t take place at the jbsite at a time agreeable t bth the Purchaser-Owner and Design-Builder. 6. Operatins and Maintenance Design-Builder shall ffer Operatins and Maintenance services fr ten (10) years with their Prpsal, with an ptin t extend the Cntract fr up t an additinal ten (10) years. The Purchaser-Owner reserves the right t nt execute the Operatins and Maintenance services agreement. In ffering such services, Design-Builder shall perfrm all necessary preventive and crrective maintenance, which includes rutine maintenance adjustments, replacements, and electrical panel/transfrmer/ inverter cleaning (interir and exterir) with supprting dcumentatin delivered t the Purchaser-Owner after the Wrk has been perfrmed. Maintenance by Design- Builder shall ensure that all warranties, particularly inverter warranties, are preserved. The frequency and timing f panel wash-dwns shall be determined by Design-Builder based n system mnitring data. Envirnmental sensrs such as pyranmeters shall be tested and recalibrated at least nce every three (3) years. Design-Builder shall perfrm the fllwing maintenance services, at a minimum, as described in the fllwing sectins: PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Preventive Maintenance shall be perfrmed at least annually and include: System testing (vltage/amperage) at inverter and string levels System visual inspectin t include but nt be limited t the list belw.
