Twin Rivers Retreats Fall Retreat 2017 October 29 November 3, 2017 It is now sign-up time for the 2017 Fall Retreat at our new location the Doubletree Hotel at Atlantic Beach. The cost is $69 a night, plus tax. All rooms reserved have two queen size beds with ocean view rooms. They will be on all floors of the hotel and the quilting room will be 1/3 of the first floor ballroom. If you attended the Spring Retreat, with the exception of retreat hosts, you need to put your name on the waiting list. The room is larger so we are planning on attendees. We have 7 attendee openings remaining. If you would like to attend, please me and send a check made out to Chris Gillespie. Just me and let me know if you want to be on the waiting list. Sign-up will be closed on September 1 and I will be reaching out to all attendees to confirm attendance. I will then reach out to those on the waiting list to finalize the list. Page 7 of 12

8 All reservations must be confirmed with the Doubletree Hotel by September 15. There is a special process to follow to ensure you get our special guild rate and you will get that info from me. This is a new venue for us, and we hope you will enjoy it. Sue Kleeman and Ruth Powers are taking names and $10 fees for attending. The nonrefundable fee can be a check made out to Sue Kleeman, not to the guild. The fee will be used to pay for party items or gifts given during the week. You will still be responsible for calling the DoubleTree yourself to make your reservations and give them your charge card number. Because that is wanted by them by Dec 15, 2017, the info, phone number and reservation code, will be in next month's newsletter. Page 8 of 12
