7 Jelly Roll Racing for Charity! Moda has designated September 16th as National Sew A Jelly Roll Day We ve got some fabrics if you have the time to spend jelly roll racing and making a quilt top for charity! $10 will reserve your seat and will be donated to our local hospice. Races at 10 and 2 IMPROV BIRDS with Pat $33.00 Spend some time with Pat and bring your scraps to make these Improv freeform birds. Once you re home, turn your flock into placemats, table runners or a whole quilts! Tuesdays Oct 24 9am 1pm QUILTING 101 (THE BASICS) Daytime with Pat $ A simple little baby quilt or table topper to get you started. Pat will teach you 2 blocks, assembly, basting, simple quilting, and binding your quilt. This is just the start of the journey. Tuesday/Friday Oct 31, Nov 3, 7, & 10 9:30am-12:30am QUILTING 101 (THE BASICS) Evening with Nicole $ Nicole will take you through the basics of quilting as well as introduce you to two quilt blocks, sashing and cornerstones. You can make this piece into a pillow, quilted wallhanging, or just frame it. Saturday Nov 4 1pm-4pm MAKE IT AND TAKE IT with Staff members $ Come for a day of fun and projects! Bring your machines, a basic list of sewing supplies and some lunch, we ll supply everything else. We ll work on a minimum of 4 projects Wednesday October 18 9am-4pm Limited spaces available Class sizes are limited to ensure you receive the best instruction. We offer high quality teachers & the biggest, brightest classroom around. Full payment is required upon registration, in person or over the phone. If you are unable to attend & give us 7 days notice, we will give you an in-store credit or refund. Less than 7 days, no refund/credit will be given. In the event we cancel a class you will receive a store credit or a refund. We will give you a supply list when you register and offer you a 15% discount on supplies purchased for one of our classes.
