SECURITY CLEARANCE Acceptance f this bid culd be subject t the cnditin that the Successful Respndent, its persnnel prviding the gds and its subcntractr(s) must btain security clearance frm the apprpriate authrities t the level f CONFIDENTIAL/ SECRET/TOP SECRET. Obtaining the required clearance is the respnsibility f the Successful Respndent. Acceptance f the bid is als subject t the cnditin that the Successful Respndent will implement all such security measures as the safe perfrmance f the cntract may require. 11. In the event f any Respndent being ntified f such shrtlisted/preferred bidder status, his bid, as well as any subsequent negtiated best and final ffers (BAFO), will autmatically be deemed t remain valid during the negtiatin perid and until the ultimate award f business. The site establishment area shall be clearly sign psted and be cmpliant with the relevant safety regulatins and restrictins that might be in place until the Cntractr has de-established frm site and cmply with OHS Act 85 f The Cntractr is respnsible fr the security f the Wrks until cmpletin and hand-ver, and must make his wn arrangements fr security and the safekeeping f his prperty. The Cntractr will be required t cnduct a phtgraphic site survey f the ccupied area shwing existing structures and services. This reprt must be submitted t the Prject manager fr apprval and will be used in assessing the damages t structures and services if applicable.
