Thanks t strng cnstructin the caxial needles can perate at very high pressure (several MPa with apprpriate inlet cnnectin and piping) and temperature until 120 C, withut gemetrical defrmatin r leakage. Cnnectins In a minute it s pssible t pen the metal bdy t lk inside every fluid channel and with a screw driver change needles, even with ther f different diameters. All fluid inlets are lcated in the back side f the needles assembly t ffer a cmpact layut fr piping. Every fluid inlet is prvided with a dismuntable Luer F cnnectr r barb fitting, n request. The minimum cnfiguratin with tw caxial needles can be upgraded in every mment with a third layer t fix utside, directly n the secnd layer blck. User can decide in every mments if use r nt third layer dismunting it with six small screw. Each layer is independent and can be equipped with a needle f apprpriate diameter in a wide range f availability. Needles are lcked t the bdy with prprietary cnnectrs with a smth external surface and micrmetric N.4 M6 hles n 25x25 grid placed n the back plane f layer 1 bdy. N 4 radial 90 M6 hles n layer 2 bdy. N 3 tapered hles n back plane f layer 1 bdy fr fluid inlet. N 6 M6 hles fr extractin screw t help dismunting f bdy with slidified slutin inside the channels. T maintain the needle in the right psitin and t electrically islate it frm the grund we can prvide a dielectric supprt with the ability t change the height frm desktp between 10 and 200 mm. This supprt can be integrated with ur mdular supprt system t btain a simple reference with the cllectr and a mvable setup t insert inside hd when it s need.
