This prvides the sensr with high vibratin resistance, flexibility as well as resistance t temperature and with gd electrical insulatin. These sensrs are designed fr direct temperature measuring in places with difficult access, as well as in all places, where it is required t use flexible sensrs f small diameters, high resistance t vibratins and shck, and with shrt respnse time t temperature changes. Due t tight pressing f the insulating layer (MgO) and apprpriate structure f the inner wires and the sheath, the sensrs can be bent with a minimal radius f curvature f three times the uter diameter f the sheath. The cmplete thermmeter is equipped with a special spring, a lck nut and a ring that can be laser-welded r delivered separate. Prcess cnnectr are available: threaded, t be screwed in, r with a clip t be tightened n a pipe. 4 Typ TTP-33, TTP-3, TTP-35 OZK clip cnnectr Clip cnnectrs made f stainless steel are perfect fr munting baynet thermcuples (with a lck nut) t steam pipes, prcess pipes and heat pipes, where it is required t measure temperature at different pints f the prcess. The ending f the thermcuple directly tuches the pipe, which allws fr direct measuring. Prcess des nt need t be stpped fr the thermcuple t be installed. The cnnectin is easy t install and the thermcuple is munted with a single tightening. Fixing extensin allws t use the device with insulatins f any thickness. Clip cnnectrs can be used t fit the device n Ø6 up t Ø0 mm pipes. We deliver larger clips upn custmer s request.
