1 Three-way intrinsically safe directinal cartridge valve type 3IREH2 NS2 up t 31,5 MPa up t1,3 3 dm /min DATA SHEET - OPERA RATION MANUA NUAL WK APPLICATION The three-way directinal cntrl valve type 3IRE IREH2 H2... is designed t cntrl the directin f the flw f liquid (il) in a hydraulic system. The valve is designed fr use in ptentially explsive atmspheres in undergrund mines (grup I) and in equipment wrking near inflammable substances in the frm f gas, vapr, mist (grup II). The valve has been certified fr intrinsic safety - ATEX: I M1 Ex ia I Ma; II 2G Ex ia II B T4 Gb; GOST - R: PO Ex ia I Ma; 1Ex ia IIB T4 Gb. It can wrk with the intrinsically safe circuit "ia ia" r "ib ib" with maximum parameters: Ui = 15 V; Ii = 1.6 A; Ci = 0; Li = 0. DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION versins ersins: 3IREH2D1 D; 3IREH2D2 D The directinal valve depending n versin (hydraulic schemes accrding t page 3) is switched by changing psitin f the balls (2) versin 3IREH2 D1 D r the ball (2) versin 3IREH2 D2 D, which mving alng its axis in the sleeve (1) separates r cnnects prts P with prt A r prt A with prt T. The change f flw directin is fllwed by transferring the vltage t the cil (3). Optinally, the psitin f spl can be shifted manually by manual verride (6). The valve is equipped with explsin prf slenid type EMSGJ-42 which is cmpsed f the sleeve (4) and armature f the slenid (5). There is a cil (3) n the sleeve (4). Inside the cil are dides as well as safety device preventing excessive current increase. Pwer lead in versin with gland: 3IREH2 D1 D; 3IREH2 D2 D must be cnnected t terminal strip (7) and sealed and immbilized by using gland (8). Terminal strip is fixed t the husing with blt (9). After installing the chamber must be clsed with plug (10) with sealing ring (11). During the perid f peratin must be kept the fluid viscsity and filtratin accrding t requirements defined in Operatin Manual 6. In rder t ensure the failure free and safe peratin must be check: cnditin f the electrical cnnectin, the verity prper wrking f the valve, cleanness f the hydraulic fluid. 7.
