Ball State University, Geothermal Conversion - North Distribution Utilities Pkg. 2 Pre-Bid Meeting. ITEMS: A. Discussion: 1. MEP indicated the goal of the project was to extend the hot water and chilled water utilities for the campus distribution system. 2. MEP indicated the completion date for the project listed in the contract documents would be revised by Addendum #1. The revised date will be July 11th, BSU indicated the Civil drawing C.203 shows the correct location of hot water heating pipe entering the tunnel by Park Hall. The details on M.401 and S.401 will be revised by Addendum #1 to show the tunnel entry location. 4. BSU indicated sidewalk, curb, gutter and lighting East of Studabaker East will be added to the scope of the project by Addendum #1. 5. BSU indicated the project is not ARRA funded.
