MCEVILLY PHONE: 815/ FAX: 815/ CITY OF JOLIET ADDENDUM NO. 1 LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) HARDWARE RFP THE ATTENTION TO ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT IS CALLED TO THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS TO THE BID DOCUMENTS: 1. The City is adding quantity of 2 to the 48 port stackable 3850 core switches, these will be located in the Department. tal revised quantity: 9 core switches. Adjust corresponding quantities of parts in Table 2 to match new quantities. 2. The City is changing one of the devices we are replacing, the switch for the Motor Maintenance Department needs to be replaced with a switch and NOT the 24 port currently in the bid. tal quantity of switches: 12. tal quantity of switches: 17. Adjust corresponding quantities of parts in Table 2 to match new quantities. 3. In Table 2, Item 4.2 (1100W AC Config 1 Secondary Supply), modify quantity to In Table 2, Item 6.2 (1100W AC Config 1 Secondary Supply), modify quantity to In Table 2, Item 6.5 (50CM Type 1 Stacking Cable), modify quantity to 7. Other stacking cable quantities in Table 2 to remain the same. 6. In Table 2, Item 6.8 (Catalyst 3750X and 3850 Stack Cable 150 CM Spare), modify quantity to 9. Other stack power quantities in Table 2 to remain the same. 7. Revise Attachment 1 - Proposal Form, to add 5% Contingency to the tal Bid Cost. 8. A revised Attachment 2 Bill of Materials that includes the above items is included as part of this addendum. It will also be posted separately on the City s website as a spreadsheet document labeled LAN ADDENDUM 1 - ATTACHMENT 2 BILL OF MATERIALS. 9.
