Alberta DATE November 15, 2012 ADDENDUM NO. 3 Attachment pages Addendum: Page(s) 4 Architectural: 7 Structural: 4 Mechanical: 0 Electrical: 1 Civil 2 Landscape 0 Kitchen 0 Total: 0 This Addendum amends the Drawings during the tender period, prior to the submission to tenders, to clarify, revise, add to or delete, from the Contract Documents. This Addendum shall form part of the Contract Documents and the amendments covered are to be carried out in accordance with the Contract Documents. 1.0 SPECIFICATIONS.1 SECTION PROJECT COORDINATION.1 Refer to Article Rules of Conduct - sentence 1. Change the sentence to read. SMOKING IN NOT PERMITTED in school buildings or within the school property, 24 hours per day. If a worker is discovered smoking in the school or within the school property, only one warning will be given. Upon being discovered a second time, the worker will not be permitted back on the project site..2 Refer to Article 1.15 Smoking sentence 1. Change the sentence to read. The building has been designated as non-smoking. In conformance with this policy, smoking is not permitted in any areas under construction or any of the building s facilities and school property used by the by the Contractor or his Subcontractors..2 SECTION TEMPORARY FACILITIES.1 Refer to Article 1.19 Temporary Heating and Ventilating sub-article.2 Addition. Add the following sentence 2. Electrical heat will not be allowed..3 SECTION DOOR HARDWARE.1 Refer to Door Schedule and Hardware Schedule (Previously issue in Addendum #1.) Delete the automatic door operators, push buttons and power for doors D1201A and 1201B. Apply tile to floors where mortar bed is used to achieve slope to drain,..6 SECTION OPERABLE WALLS.1 Refer to Article 2.2 Overhead Support System Add the following sentence 5. The track and support must be designed to support all the panels if stacked anywhere along the track. (Not just in the stacking pocket) 2.0 DRAWINGS ARCHITECTURAL.1 DRAWING A1.3 - SITE PLAN.1 Refer to LANDSCAPE LEGEND. The references for the trees should read 1/A1.3 in lieu of 2/A1.1 and 3/A Refer to NEW SITE PLAN 1/A1.3. The Bicycle Racks are to be supplied and installed by the Calgary Catholic School Board.
