Please refer to the attached list of additions and revisions to the electrical specifications and drawings in the tender documents. This addendum/amendment must be completed, and attached to your Tender form. This Addendum shall be read in conjunction with and considered part of the Contract Documents. Revised information in this Addendum supersedes information included in previously issued drawings, specification, or addenda. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Section General Provisions Warranty Delete from first sentence the words one year..3 Warranty Provide full two (2) years of warranty for all materials and labour. Contractor shall repair or replace any item which proves to be defective due to workmanship, equipment, or materials without any costs to the Owner. 2. Section Lighting 2.2 Fixture Types Type HH 120 volt, surface mounted, exterior LED wall light with anodized aluminum housing. Fixture shall be approved for wet locations, IP 66 rating. LED light source shall be 8 watt, 3000 K, CRI 80. Supply with non-dimmable driver. Approved Fixture: o MP Lighting #L36-6W30-MA Page 1 of 5

3 VANCOUVER FIRE HALL #5 + YWCA HOUSING ELECTRICAL ADDENDUM E1 2.3 Exit Lights SUBSTITUTE: Clause in its entirety volt exit lights shall be LED pictogram edge-lit green running man exit light. Back box shall be semi-recessed where installed in suspended ceilings or wall mount. Exit face shall be clear acrylic panel with pictogram legend. Supply with brushed aluminum finish and flat trim. Add to Approved Fixtures: o Aim Lite #RPEL Series 3. Section Submittals, Testing, and Commissioning 2.4 OWNER S DEMONSTRATION DRAWINGS 1. Drawing E1.0 Electrical Site Plan.1 After satisfactory commissioning of all electrical systems, the Contractor shall provide a demonstration of each system to Owner s representatives. Demonstration shall show features and operations of each system. All Contractor or Supplier settings or programmed values such as time clock settings, thermostat settings, etc., shall be outlined during demonstration..2 Operation and Maintenance Manuals shall be completed and available to Owner s representative at time of Owner s demonstration..3 Contractor shall videotape the Owner s demonstration and include a copy in the final Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Delete 2-4 communication service ducts between Communication Room 008 and City of Vancouver 243 Service Vault. 2.
