This addendum provides changes to the plans and specifications for the above-entitled project to be considered by each bidder. This addendum shall be included in the bid and, when closing the contract, will be a part thereof. Any changes made by this addendum to said plans and specifications offset only the portion of the plans, words or paragraphs specifically mentioned herein, and the balance of the plans and/or specifications remain in full force. It is the responsibility of all bidders to conform to this addendum. Item No. Location 1.01 All Sheets Sheet C2, Keynote 1 Sheet C3 General Notes Sheet C3, Keynote 26 Sheet D1, Keynote 8 Sheet D2, Grassy Swale Plan Sheet D2, Detail A, Section 1, and Keynotes Change Delete references to specification section numbers in notes and keynotes. For example, "See Section " will become "See Specification". Change reference from D/B7 to D/D6. Add General Note 7: "INSTALL LINER VENTS AROUND PERIMETER OF LAGOON CELLS ON 50' CENTERS. SEE DETAIL D/D3." See Item 1.10 for letter designation revision to Detail B on Sheet D3. Add "SEE DETAIL C/D3". Replace Keynote in its entirety with: "CONNECT 8" FL/SDS TO EXISTING 14" FL/SDS WITH FABRICATED TAPPING SLEEVE (ROMAC FTS 420 OR EQUAL) AND 8" FLANGED X TR BELL TRANSITION PIECE (US PIPE). CONFIRM DIAMETER OF EXISTING FL/SDS PIPE PRIOR TO ORDERING TAPPING SLEEVE". Replace keynote callout 3 adjacent to the 10" GWD callout with new keynote callout 13. Add Keynote 13: "CONTRACTOR TO FIELD LOCATE EXISTING CLEANOUT ON END OF 10" GWD PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES". Replace Detail A, Section 1 and Keynotes. See revised ADDENDUM 1 DETAIL A, SECTION 1 AND KEYNOTES, SHEET D2. Barbed wire shall be triple strand 12 1/2-gage galvanized steel with 14-gage barbs in 4-point pattern on 5-inch centers and shall have a Class 1 galvanized coating per ASTM A121. After the text "Cable ties shall be" add "heavy-duty black UV resistant" to the cable tie spec. Renumber this subsection from "H" to "E" and in E.2. Replace third sentence in its entirety with "Secure sandbags at rope intersections by attaching ropes with heavy-duty black UV resistant nylon cable ties."
