MINUTES OF THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE The Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday June 4, 018 are hereby made part of this Addendum and are as follows: The objective of the meeting was for representatives of Allegany College of Maryland (ACM), and the Architect/Engineering design team to meet with potential bidders (Contractors) on site to provide an overview of the project, answer questions and to allow bidders to tour the site and building. Introductions The following persons introduced themselves and stated their role on the project: Sheila Dyche, (representing ACM); Billie Swailes (representing Triad Engineering, Inc.), and Adam Phipps (ACM Maintenance). Peter Schwab ( M&D Architects) was not present. Overview Billie Swailes (TRIAD) provided an overview of the project including existing conditions, ADA parking/ramp, gates and fencing, and dugouts to be constructed by the College. Also provided information on geothermal wells with advisory that the contractor was responsible for locating/preserving well caps and to be mindful of the wells during construction. Attendance / Sign In Sheets 1. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for General Contractors bidding on this project.. The sign in sheets are attached hereto. BIDDER QUESTIONS Preliminary Bidder Questions at Conference 1. Question 1: Elevations on ADA ramp Q: Are elevations to be provided? If not, how are they to be determined? A: See attached sketch.. Question : Field Drains Advised field drains are not part of the project Q: Are Field Drains to be provided? A: No. Question : Thickness of Warning Track and Infield Materials Q: Where are these provided in the specifications? A: The warning track shall be thick and shall be Diamond Tex or equivalent. Provide an alternate cost for plain stone dust. The infield shall be 4 thick per spec on drawing and an alternate cost for equivalent can be provided. 4. Question 4: Backfill at Concrete Pads Q: What material is to be used? Dirt, paved? A: See revised drawing. Provide of 4 stone dust around back of dugouts to gate. 5. Question 5: Water Line Q: What is source and where is termination at field? A: See revised drawing. Line is to tap existing line between tennis courts and PE building. 6. Question 6: Scoreboard Advised that scoreboard was being donated and installed by College Q: Does this contract include provision of electric service to scoreboard location? If yes, where is board to be located? A: The scoreboard will go in centerfield. 7. Question 7: Seed Mix Q: Where is mix specified? If not, what is mix? A: The seed mix is: 70% turf type fescue and either 0% blue grass and 10% perennial rye or 0% perennial rye and 10% blue grass. 8. Question 8: Ramp Gate Q: What is purpose of gate at end of ramp? Is this an error and to be eliminated? A: This was an error note removed on revised drawing. 9. Question 9: Final Date for Questions Q: What is the final date that you will respond to questions? A: June 10, 018 COB. 10. Question 10: Wage Rates Q: Please clarify rates, prevailing or not?

Question 14: Geothermal Q: Who installed the system, or do you have this information? A: Wayne s well and septic. 15. Question 15: Thickness of Slab Q: Is this specified? Where?
