The List of Inquiry Drawings is revised to reflect additions and revisions as annotated. B. EXHIBIT "C" - List of Inquiry Specifications: The List of Inquiry Specifications is revised to reflect additions and revisions as annotated. The following clarifications, in response to bidder generated questions, are hereby provided and incorporated into the Inquiry Documents. ITB QUESTIONS AND/OR REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATIONS Item Question/Clarification Owner's Response 1 Please provide 2D CADS and any 3D models regarding the Golden Oak RFP. CAD files have been added to this Addendum Is matchline on drawings to be used for breakpoint of work for each section to be priced individually? Please provide Spec section as referenced in regards to use of alternates or substitutions. Please provide location of transformer to be set by utility company. There are no drawings showing the site lighting beyond cast building and parking lot. Please confirm no electrical work beyond these areas. Please provide specs for signage Sun Valley # 3200 sign bases. A 601, equipment schedule item EQ 16 Wall Mounted TV Entertainment is scheduled as CFCI. Please provide specifications for this TV. No, the NERP property line will show the limits for the parking lot which is Orange County and the Access Rd RCID. Generally the gate is on the OC side, the camera and remaining road RCID. See legend on C201 for property line designation. Reference Spec Section This work is addressed there. Proposed transformer location is on attached Pdf to the northeast of the existing lift station. Contractor will need to coordinate w/duke Energy. There is no street lighting at access road is in scope. A light will be required at the keypad area near the gate. Currently this light is shown on Civil Sheet 301 to the west of the access gate. This location will need to be coordinated with the security package. Electrical is at the security gate and keypad. See attached.pdf with the spec sheet. TV is furnished by Owner.

Specification / 2.01 / A2 says for substitutions see section product requirements. This specification is not provided. Are other metal building manufactures allowed to be utilized? If other manufacturers are allowed to be used other than Butler, then the manufacturer s standard colors will be different than what is shown on sheet A 301. Will colors be picked from, which ever pre engineered manufacturer is used, standard color charts? 15 Owner Request: Yes this is acceptable. Yes, following are approved substitutions: Ceco Buildings Chief Buildings Kirby Building Systems Colors will be selected from the pre engineered manufacturer s standard color charts. At the Cast Building, provide two locations with ¾ conduit stubbed up to roof, starting from Communications Room.
