However, there are a number of rooms that have not been renumbered in various sheets. Is there more room number changes to follow? - The current changes are not clouded. Please define which disciplines have been updated and which have not been. All 186 Various drawings have some additions/edits from DP3 but there are no clouding to indicate new/changed item G "Under Occupancy" and "Special Uses" items have change and have not been clouded. Please clarify G Conference Room now changed to Conference Room 2064 (see detail C1). These items were not clouded. Please clarify G Further clarifications needed as room numbers were added and not clouded. For example, Staircase 1-Stair-E was added (Gridlines 3&4, K&L) and not clouded. R&S response: Please confirm all floating floors are the same elevation to finished concrete slab floor as this is not stated in drawings. (Reference Coffee Room 2052) A Column L between 2050 and 2056 Detail A3 on A-513 is called out. However, detail is "New Wall at Existing Curtain Wall" is this the correct reference? Is there a new pony wall? Please provide details. A Grideline 3-4(right side) This is an elevation for new page A-201. It is not clouded A Gridline F The lockers along gridline F do not have a detail reference/call out. Please provide. The lockers to the east of gridline F appear to be a built-in assembly per details A3 on A-514 and E2 on A-514. However, keynote 5 says there is part of the furniture package. Does either of these keynote 5 need to be deleted from drawing set. Please clarify. A between Col. Lines B-C Reference elevation A3 on A-211 references A2 on A-514. Detail A2 on A-514 shows an assembly which appears to be encased in plywood. This is not detailed. Please clarify scope. A-102 & A Col. Lines A-C, Breakroom 2006 refrences detail C1 on A-403. This shows, "below sofit and referenced and detail C4, it shows 4 containers, Model H." however, on sheet A- 102 between gridlines D-E, along 1.5 line, elevation references a section detail A3, on A-104 and that detail calls out "locker section" for same scope. Please clarify. A Floor Plan Symbol Legend changed, but no cloud. Please update drawings A Details D1 & D2 are not referenced to the roof plan's west and east mechanical enclosure. Please provide the applicable note reference on the roof plan A Col. Lines 3&4, K&L Plywood is called out in electrical room #4002. Please provide a spec section for this material. A Col. Lines B&C, 5&6 Room 1084 remove toilet partition on reflected ceiling.

Please clarify if this is a bid option or base work on Phase B and coordinate drawings accordingly. HDR response: The Metrology Bid Option is to add FFUs in the ceiling. The drawings are correct. Please review spec section Alternates for a description of bid options. R&S response: On pages A-101 there are details D1 and D2 that outline bid options. However, there are no details that call out for Metrology on A-101. While on Q-101 there are bolded dashed lines and call outs for bid options for Cryo-Tem and NanoX areas BUT there are no indications for the Metrology. A Left of gridline 1 There is a section cut between 3rd and 2nd floors referencing Detail B2 on A-522 between gridlines 1-2 on exterior elevation. B2 is a detail at full height wall. Is this a correct reference? How would somoeone (or a subcontractor) get to this detail from the exterior wall? A RH Lab/Room (RH 1024)--Check Controlled Environmental Rooms. No elevation or details given for this room. Please provide this information. A Key Notes have changed and are not clouded. A Left of gridline G Reference Detail C1, on east side, at exterior wall--it should detail C5 on A-201. A Gridline F Detail A1 at gridline F appears to show a locker suspended above finished floor. Please review and clarify. A Between gridlines F-C Detail C1 The room between grid lines F and C on the first floor needs to be labeled. A Near Roof level and Penthouse Level gridlines Detail C1 reference details D4 and D3 on sheet A-524. Architectural details D3 and D4 on page A-524 do not correspond with the sheathing shown on the structural drawings. Is plywood required at walls? Is subfloor required at roof? Please coordinate between structural and architectural drawings. The related structural drawings on S-404 reference an associated details from there. On S-501 show different assemblies. Please coordinate drawings. A Detail C1 references detail A3 on A-513 for the condition at office Rm 2014 & 2028's front curtain wall. On detail C1 on A-402, it notes a "(N) Pony Wall Below." Please define this work scope. A Detail A1 conference room 1050 shows lines for unidentified work on opposing east and west walls. Please define and detail scope. A Detail A5 shows wall panels A west stair elevation. However, Sheet A-516 which was a former reference to this stair's work shows a related detail "delete." Please confirm that the panels at the stairs have been deleted. A Reference detail A5 on Sheet A-410. The corresponding RCP on sheets A-112 and A-111 do not show the new ceiling framing at the 1st and 2nd floors in the RCPs. Please clarify if new framing is required by addressing these items on sheets. A Detail B4 on A-411, the upper most walls on detail are halftone. What is this trying to indicate? A Reference sheet A-102 and the west elevator. The East Elevator has details A4 on A-411 on the first floor; B4 on A-411 on the second floor; and D4 on A-411 on the third floor. While the west elevator has A3 on A-411 on the first floor and C3 on A-411 on the thrid floor. Please provide the applicable detail on the second floor for the west elevator. A Reference detail A5 on sheet A-514. This detail includes a reference to E4 on sheet A-514. The specific reference looks applicable to A4 on A-514. Please review. A ( Gridlines 4&5, K&L; B&C, 4&5) Detail D3 and D4 show cement plaster at the roof duct penthouses at gridline 4 & 5,K&L as well as gridlines B&C,4&5, on sheet A-104. The section between 4&5 references the detail C1 on A-301 associated with these details A.
