1 Page 1 of 6 a) Façade of Entrance Door (Refer Drawing 11) Providing and fixing in place Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding of approved quality / shade / colour / make (Euroband / Altobond / Alucobond) per design, in flat or rounded shapes, perfectly in level / slope, line, and plumb, at all heights, over Aluminum frame and as directed by architect. Panels shall be installed with accessories recommended by the manufacturer, required hardware, silicon sealent (Dow Corning 789) masking tape, necessary scaffolding etc. as detailed in Drawing 11 complete in all respect. The support structure and aluminum frame shop drawings shall be submitted to the architects for approval before start of work. Aluminum Composite Panels shall meet the following minimum specifications: Panels shall be exterior grade, 4 MM thick (0.5mm 3mm 0.5mm) composed of Polyethylene Core sandwiched between two sheets of Aluminum of minimum 0.5 MM thickness. The outer top skin shall be coated with KYNAR 500 PVdF or similar coating. The panel product shall carry a 10 years Warranty on weather durability, UV color fading, corrosion, chalking, fading, weather damage and manufacturing defects and confirm to ASTM standards. b) Entrance Door (Refer Drawing 11) Providing & fixing Entrance Door (glazed) as per Drawing 11 in Silver Anodised aluminium door section (Jindal Make) in top & bottom, glazed with 12 MM thick glass of approved make (Modi / Asahi / Saint Gobain) with etching and frosting. The Stainless Steel door handles to be fixed on both sides of the door as per the design. The door to have polish / paint and heavy duty floor springs of Everite or equivalent with tower bolts, locks etc. as per design. Item to include floor springs, lock all necessary hardware of Stainless Steel finish as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects. Sq. Ft Sq. Ft c) Soild Full Height Partition (Refer Drawing 17) Providing & fixing in position soild Full Height Partition in frame work including door in 2' X 2' grid (horinontally and vertically) comprising of 2" X 1.5" Teak Wood Section with 6 MM thick Plywood of approved make on both sides finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour as shown in Drawing 17. Item to include 2" X 2" Teak Wood member for door frame. All exposed Teak Wood surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching colour of laminate as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings / hardware, door closers, Godrej locks and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects. Ft. 280 (Note: In case of false ceiling, the vertical Teak Wood members to be fixed with pucca ceiling but the area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only) d) Partly Glazed 7'-7" Partition (Cash Counter) (Refer Drawing Nos. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E, 2-F & 12) Providing & fixing in position 7' - 7" high partly glazed partition for Cash Cabin as per Drawing Nos. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E & 2-F including door Drawing 12 in frame work at 2' X 2' grid (horinontally and vertically) comprising of 2" X 1.5" Teak Wood Section and / or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6 MM thick Plywood of approved make on both sides finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade and colour as shown in Drawing. Item to include 8 MM thick glass with etching and frosting as per design and 2" X 2" Teak Wood member for door sides and glass sides and Teak Wood door frame to take 8 MM thick glass with etching and frosting. The door will be provided with Teak Wood louvers finished in melamine polish of matching colour of laminate. The doors are also to be provided with Godrej Night Latch. Two wooden trays are also to be provided as per Drawing. Necessary cutouts are to provided in the glass and the edges of the glass cutouts are to be finished in mirror polished. All exposed Teak Wood surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching colour of laminate as directed, including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings / hardware, door closers, Godrej locks and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects. 2 Page 2 of 6 e) Partly Glazed Low Height Partition (Officer Table Partition) (Refer Drawing 14 or 3) Providing & fixing in position partly glazed low height partition (21/2" thick) in frame work with Teak Wood vertical members at 2' c/c and 3 horizontal members at equal distance comprising of 2" X 1.5" Teak Wood section with 6 MM Plywood of approved make on both sides finished with 1 MM thick Laminates of approved make / shade / colour and shade as shown in Drawing 14 or 3. Item to include 12 MM thick frosted glass to be fixed as shown in Drawing. All exposed edges of the glass to be finished in mirror polish. Teak Wood runner should be melamine polished in matching colour of Laminate etc. complete in all respects. Sq. Ft f) Full Height Storage / Low Height Storage / Back Storage (Credenza) (Refer Drawing 8, 9, & 10) Providing & fixing in position Full Height Storage / Low Height Storage / Back Storage (Credenza) of different size and depth as shown in Drawing 8, 9, & 10 respectively using 18 MM thick plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminates of approved make / shade / colour as shown in the Drawing and all other sides shall be finished with white enamel paint as detailed therein. The storage units shall be provided with handles (Stainless Steel finish), brass hinges and locking arrangement as per approval of the Project Consultant / Bank. make / shade and colour, all exposed edges of plywood to have 1 X ¼ Teak Wood lipping. All exposed Teak Wood sections to be melamined in Laminate of approved make / shade / colour and internal surfaces to have white enamel paint as directed. Item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish, Godrej multi purpose locks including magnetic ball catcher etc., complete in all respects. Sq. Ft g) Paneling To Columns & Walls Providing & making paneling with 12 MM thick Plywood of approved make or 6 MM thick Plywood of approved make / shade / colour & Teak Wood members at 24 c/c finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour as specified by Bank complete in all respect. The edges of wall panelling to be finished with margin gola of required length but 2 soot thick dully spirit polished of natural shade of wood. a) Upto 5 b) Upto 9 All the wood, Ply & Board shall be coated with Anti Termite Chemical before fixing. All exposed Teak Wood surfaces to be finished in polish of matching colour of Laminates as directed including wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material complete in all respects. Only j) False Ceiling (Armstrong) Providing & fixing in position false ceiling in Armstrong 600 MM X 600 MM X 15/16 MM Dune Supreme RH 99 Prima tile with Tegular edge framework as specified by Armstrong Co. with suspenders wherever required. Making necssary framework for A.C. ducting, if any and necessary cutouts for diffusers and light fittings, taping and finishing to proper line & level, including making grooves and trap doors for A.C. units in 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1" X 1" for edges including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in all respects. (Note:- Only the plan area will be measured for payment. No extra payment will be made for cutouts grooves, mouldings etc.) k) Front Office Counter (Refer Drawing 1-A, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D & 15) Providing & fixing in position Front Office Counter 2' - 6" wide as per Drawing 1-A, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D & 15 comprising of following complete in all respects:- i) Working top made with 25 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour. Outside edge of the working top shall be provided with 1.25" X 1" Teak Wood moulding finished with melamine polish. Inside edge will be provided with 0.5" X 1" Teak Wood beading patti with melamine finish. ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour with 1 MM thick groove at the joint of laminates of two different shades. iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia below the working top made with 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour with provision for concealed light, 1 MM thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of Laminates of approved make / shade / colour. iv) Glazed partition above working top to be provided with 12 MM thick clear glass cut to the standard shape fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed Stainless Steel finished 'D' brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. v) 3'-10" high boxing (10"X10") made with 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour including providing and fixing 6 MM thick square frosted glass at a height 3'-2" above finished floor level. vi) 1'-9" high boxing (5"X5") made with 12 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour. vii) Vertical supports made with 18 MM thick Plywood of apporved make finished with white enamel paint. viii) Telescopic CPU Stand / Ready Made Keyboard Tray shall be provided of approved model and make (EBCO). ix) Footrest made with Teak Wood member of size 4" X 1.5" finished with french polish. x) Drawer units as per drawing shall be provided with multipurpose Godrej locks in each drawer. Facia of drawer unit shall be finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour and all other sides shall be finished with white enamel paint. The drawers will be provided with handles (Stainless Steel finish) and channels as per approval of the Project Consultant / Bank. xi) Boxing as per drawing made with 12 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with synthetic enamel paint shall be provided below the table top for electrical conduiting and at the bottom for the LAN Cabling / Telephone Wire conduiting. Sq. Ft Rft The item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish, lipping to all edges and making provision only for electrical fitting behind the front vertical drop and also in the 10" X 10" boxing as shown in the Drawing. Necessary beadings with matching melamine polish for fixing the glass are to be provided as per drawing.

4 Page 4 of 6 l) Cash Counter (Refer Drawing Nos. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E & 2-F) Providing & fixing in position Cash Counter 2' - 9" wide as per Drawing Nos. 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E & 2-F comprising of following complete in all respects:- i) Working top made with 25 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour. Outside edge of the working top shall be provided with 1.25" X 1" Teak Wood moulding finished with melamine polish. Inside edge will be provided with 0.5" X 1" Teak Wood beading patti with melamine polish. ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour with 1 MM thick groove at the joint of laminates of two different shades. iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia below the working top made with 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour with provision for concealed light, 1 MM thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of Laminates of approved make / shade / colour. iv) Glazed partition of 1' - 4" height above working top to be provided with 12 MM thick toughened and frosted glass besides non-transpartent film from inside fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed Stainless Steel finished 'D' brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. v) Transaction top shall be provided with 12 MM thick toughened glass (partly glazed partly frosted) fixed horizontally with concealed Stainless Steel finished 'D' bracket. Both exposed edges (inside and outside) shall be moulded and finished in mirror polish. vi) Glazed partition having height 1'.0" above transaction top (in facia) shall be provided with 12 MM thick clear glass cut out of 8" X 4" as per Drawing. The edges of cut out and the top edge of glass are to be mirror polished and to be fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed Stainless Steel finished 'D' brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. vii) 7'- 7" high boxing (10"X10") made with 18 MM thick Plywood of approved make as per Drawing with 1' - 6" horizontal extension at the top including providing and fixing 6 MM thick square frosted glass at a height of 5' - 11" above finished floor level. viii) 1'-9" high boxing (5"X5") made with 12 MM thick Plywood of approved make finished with 1 MM thick Laminate of approved make / shade / colour to be provided. ix) Telescopic CPU Stand / Ready Made Keyboard Tray shall be provided of approved model and make (EBCO). x) Footrest made with Teak Wood member of size 4" X 1.5" finished with french polish. Rft xi) Drawer units as per Drawing shall be provided and each drawer should have vertical partitions for keeping the corrency notes with multipurpose Godrej locks in each drawer.
