Date of Invitation of quotations : 05 th October, Last date of submission : 15 th October, 2018 at 1.00 P M 3. Date of opening : 15 th October, 2018, at 3.00 PM National Law University Delhi invites sealed item rates quotations from competent vendor for supply and installation of modular furniture. The quotation is required to be submitted in a sealed cover to the Registrar, National Law University Delhi, Sector 14, Dwarka, New Delhi on the attached format, so as to reach the University on or before 15 th October, 2018 at 1.00 P M, duly superscripting the quotation for supply and installation of modular furniture. on the top of sealed envelope. Scope of work: supply and installation of modular furniture SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES S. No. Description of Stores Qty. (Approx) 1 MODULAR TABLE 14 Providing and fixing of Factory made Modular Tables with work top made of 25 mm thickness Flat single layer MDF Board of Grade SBG II of IS 12406/2003.Two long sides shall have post form half round profile laminate in approved colour. Rest two plain sides shall have edge banded with PVC tape of 2mm thick of repute make with the help of hot melt glue. Top shall be fixed with gable end and modesty panel using mini fix and wooden dowel by using (knock down) system fpr interconnecting as shown in the reference dowel can be modified. Having 2 nos. of drawer of equal size at top & I nos. filling drawer at bottom. Top sides bottom shall be fix by using mini fix and wooden dowel in (Knock down) system for interconnecting. All plain panels shall be edge banned with mm thick PVC tape with the help of hot melt glue. Sides wall having recess grove to accommodate 8 mm thickness MDF Board panel with balancing laminate on both face. All drawers shall run on telescopic channel of 400 mm length with average weight of 0.6 kg per set) (approx,) having average thickness of 1 mm steel member of channel. Open table shutter will hung on side of the drawer. Independent lock will be provided for pedestal units. 04 number buffers to be provided at the bottom and as per general technical requirement. Height & thickness of partitions 1200x60mm (pantry and workstations) 6 WORK TOP 4 nos. 25mm thick MDF board finished with 0.6mm thick post formed lamination on exposed surface & balancing white laminate on inner surface. Front edge of top shall be in half round shape to match the table, other edges shall be finished with 2mm thick machine pressed PVC lipping of matching shade. Size : 1200x600mm 7 GABLE END 4 nos.
