1 CORRIGENDUM TO TENDER No 1186 On behalf of our client The PUNJAB & SIND BANK we had invited sealed tenders for Interior civil furnishing work in 2 nd & 3 rd floor of H.O building at Rajendra place New Delhi and the tender opening was scheduled on September 23, 2015 at 3.30 p.m. for the captioned works. Please refer the Tender Item Nos Part A ( SR. No. 2,3,4,5,7) of Full height and low height partitions which are revised as below and rates shall be accordingly quoted in this amendment and deleted elsewhere in the tender. Further eight additional items are Mentioned below for which rates shall be quoted and amounts considered in the tender amount All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain the same. 3 3 Microns] approved colour and approved shade matt finished anodized aluminum fixed Glazed panel made out of section as given under and along with all standard accessories such as SS friction hinges, EPDM gaskets/weathering, single point handle cum lock, aluminium cleats, fix 8 mm thick Toughened Glass of approved Modi Guard make with require EPDM gaskets, and require hardware/ aluminium beading etc as per the drawings and as per the sample approved by Engineer- in charge. These item includes providing and fixing frame work 3 Nos frame work of size 100 mm X 50 mm X 1.50mm thick Horizontally and 4 number of frame of size 100 mm X 50 mm X 1.5mm Thick Vertically. Glass Fix Panel fabricated with heavy duty aluminium sections of HINDALCO including provision for Glass louvers etc if required, or as per drawing, as per the site conditions and instructions that may be issued during the course of work. Filling the gap between the styles and the wall/ceiling/floor with silicon all around on both side of the Aluminum glazed fix panel all as per the drawing, manufacturers specification. All Aluminium section shall be anodized

4 conforming to IS: 7088 to be approved by the Engineer. A thick layer of clean transparent lacquer based on methacrylates or cellulose butyrate shall be applied to all aluminum sections to protect the surface during installation. The lacquer coating shall be removed after the installation is completed The main glazed panel should be fixed with aluminum section of size 100 mm x 50mm on all the four sides of the panel and internal horizontal and vertical member of aluminum section size of 100 mm x 50 mm with required hardware. Around the frame 10x150 mm Anchor fasterner to be erected to the surface at an interval of 750 mm. The aluminium Glazed panel frame should be tightly fixed along with the concrete surface/wall. For Brickwork, 150 mm long MS Holdfast to be well packed with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix bed block of 100mmx100mm size along the center of the wall. All as per the direction of the Site Engineer In charge- and all as per the Drawing. This item includes providing and fixing aluminum Louvers, Providing and fixing heavy duty ventilator with adjustable louvered glass. The glass should be grounded and should have polished edges.

5 The frame should be made out of heavy duty aluminium anodized tubular sections and the glass holder should be made out of heavy duty aluminium flats. All the glass holder should be reverted with handle for easy operation. All the aluminium members should be anodized approved colour all complete as per standard specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including filling the junction of wall and aluminium frame with Silicon compound from outside and inside. Between the wall and Aluminum frame wok, the gap should be filled with silicon approved colour and Shade internal side and external side also. a Approximate Quantity Smt. 250 Mode of measurements: Area in length and height to the nearest Cm. The vertical SS pipe to be provided with flange, the flange should be fixed with required thread, the SS vertical pipe to be fixed carefully with out damaging the existing structure. And matching with existing sample on 4th floor staircase. The stainless steel railing top should be finished with heavy duty 50 mm dia stainless steel pipes horizontally from one end to other end, to be fixed as per the detail drawing. This item includes bend on staircase end area. The stainless steel railing should also provided with 3 number of stainless steel 25mm dia heavy duty pipe horizontally to be fixed with suitable SS bracket.all as per the drawing.the stainless steel should be finished with brush SS finish. 7 (Rupees......only per RM) 4 Nil FLUSHED DOOR FIXED ON PARTITION Providing and fixing of Flush door of thickness 32 mm to 36 mm confirming to IS 2202 together with frame made out of steam beach wood section of size 80mm x 50mm. The frame details as shown in the drawing as stoppers for the shutters. The shutter shall be finished with 1mm Thick laminate in approved design, Pattern and colour on both side. Providing and fixing steam beach beading to the edges, providing and fixing hardware fixtures and fittings such as Godrej Make 6 lever lock, Handles tower bolt, Brass hinges, handle, door stopper, door closer etc. All the external wooden surface should be finished with melamine polish and polishing the edges of the shutter and the frame in melamine all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-incharge.
