1 SCHEDULED OF QUANTITIES PROPOSED INTERIOR WORKS AT SBI ( AS PER NEW STANDARD AND COLOR CODE SCHEME ) 1 WOODEN PARTITION:- a Full Height Partition Wooden partition with internal frame work of pine wood supported at R.C.C. ceiling level with anti termite treatment & deducing section 2'-0" c/c both way. A covering of 6mm commercial ply with 1.0 mm thick lamination & provision for cutouts for windows of 8.0 mm float glass with eitching/ garware film / as per desired shade and design & 30 mm wide beading for fixing TW moulding at skirting & at junction of false ceiling level. Measurement of height shall be taken from finished floor level up to the level of false ceiling, in case of varying height on either side of partition, average height shall considered. Complete in all respects as per Bank Engineer. Sq. ft. 180 b i Low Height Partition Same as full height partition but edges covered with 2½" X 1½" teak wood moulding complete with 1'-6" height 12 mm float glass with eitching / garware film / as per desired shade and design as per detail. 2 Providing & fixing in position public counters as per approved design 750 mm high and 750 mm wide made with 19 mm thick comm. Board finished with 1.0 mm thich laminate as per desired shade and design on all exposed surfaces expect top, which is finished with mm thick granite stone as per desired shade with rounded double moulding (40 mm thick) and other exposed edges polished for granite with following provisions. Including provision of LED light, 1/2" toughened glass of Aqua blue shade of saint gobian in facia area complete in all respects as per Bank Engineer/ Architect. R.ft 10 a Keyboard tray made with 19 mm comm. Board with 1.00 mm laminate on top & steam beach front on telescopic channels with locking arrangement. Complete in all respect. b c d A plat from to be made inside table for CPU of 19 mm comm. Board with 1.0 mm laminate on top and teak wood footrest of size 3" X 1½". A necessary hole to be made on granite for cable manager with plastic wire box. A drawer unit is to be made from 12 mm thick teak wood members side with 19 mm thick facia of comm. 3 5 TABLES : Computer compatible, laminated as per desired shade and design front,top sides and drawer/ cabinet facia table workstations. 19mm Block board fabrication as per design & details and specifications and plan with writing top height 2'-6" as per design and details. 1.5" X 1.5" TW moulding all around the top as per design. Front facia as designed in drawing with bands and grooves 1/2" th. toughened glass modesty panel,blue laminated glass. TW lipping at all board edges TW moulding as approved on the front and internal sides, drawers, keyboard trays, hardware, making provision for electrical points, all inner surfaces to be painted in enamel paint of approved shade. The joint of gypsum board to be taped 3 times and sealed with jointed compound. Cut out are provided to accommodate luminaries, air conditioning grills and fire warming dectors if any. Surface of the ceiling to be painted with 3 coats white plastic emulion paint as directed. Black board facia in 1.0 mm lamiate finish running drawers on telescopic channels. The drawer unit to be lockable with single lock (Godrej) for all drawers. The tables to have one foot rest made from 100 X 40 teak wood member and one keyboard tray in laminate finish per specificaiton. The inside of tables to be painted with synthetic enamel in 2 or more coats after preparing the base. The table also includes making holes for wire managers etc. complete in all respects as per instruction of Bank Engineer/ Architect R.ft 0 8 WOODEN SLIP COUNTER :- Circular writing desk Providing & fixing a 12 mm toughened glass top slip counter with shelf and pigeon holes to keep slip at top 12" ht. with 19 mm black board divisions & leafs of black board below with internal division in height to create boxes for mail, clearing etc. as per design & 1.0 mm thick lamination of desired shade, design & make. Complete in all respects as per Bank Engineer/ Architect. Nos. 1 9 CENTER TABLE :- Providing & placing in position center tables of size 900 X 450 X 450 with 40 mm teakwood legs 62.5 X 35 mm teak frame at top with inlay works as detailed including polishing and 10 mm beveled brown glass on top. Nos WALL PANELING :- Providing & fixing wall paneling (upto 4'-0" ht. X centre columns full height paneling) with 6 mm comm. Ply and finished with 1.0 mm laminate as desired in two or more colures fixed on 45 X 25 kail wood/ Aluminium/ G.I. frame at a 600 centre to centre both sides. The paneling to have 25 X 60 mm teak moulding on top. Complete with melamine polish. Complete in all respects as per Bank Engineer/ Architect. 5 11 FLUSH DOOR :- Providing & fixing flush doors 35 mm thick with 1.0 mm laminates on both sides. The item includes teakwood chaukhat made from 75 X 50 teak wood. The door to have 12 mm teak wood lipping on edges. The door is to be complete with Cylindrical door Lock (Godrej make) 200 mm SS / Brass handles, brass Stopper, Tower bolts, 119 mm Brass / SS hinges etc. all teakwood surface to be melamine polished complete to the satisfaction of Architect/Employer S.ft PAINTING WORK ON WALLS :- a b c Acrylic emulsion paint Two ore more coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint, over the existing wall surfaces, after scrapping the existing finish, applying one coat of primer and one coat of putty and/ or POP to repair the wall as per the sitecondition including all materials, labour etc complete. Exterior Emulsion Paint Finishing of designated areas with approved shade Exterior Emulsion paint - weather shield/ Apex in approved colour and shade including proper underlayer in plumb on walls and at designated places incl. all primer coats, scaffolding and removal of sludge etc.complete. 6 Providing & fixing Suggestion box 2'-0" X 2'-0" X 6" made of 19mm laminated (1.00 mm) block board with opening to keep letters as per design. All exposed surfaces to be laminated and edges to be covered with beading including all inside space to be painted by enamel paint after prepairing proper base of primer. There should be all fittings and fixtures S.S. handle, magnetic catcher, godrej lock, latches, etc. complete in all respects as per Bank/ Architect. No Notice board Providing and fixing in position Notice board as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications : Basic frame work: Well seasoned hard wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, minimum 50 X 25 mm, at suitable horizontal / vertical spacings not exceeding 600 mm c/c. Skin membrane : 4mm thick BWR grade plywood over which 12 mm thick approved quality soft board cladded with fabric of approved shade and quality. Edge moulding: All free edges shall have polished 2 nd class teak wood moulds of approved shape (finished 50 X 25 mm sections) with sprit polish in mat finish. S.ft Vertical Blinds Providing and fixing fabric slats of 4 wide as per schedule. It will have bottom pockets for housing bottom weights coupled together by means of endless bead chain pivotally attached as per manufacturer s specifications. The slats overlap should not be less than 12mm. The slats movement will be on travelers assembled and should include head channel, spline, shaft, slat traveler, slat spacer links, tilt control, slat carriers, bottom weights, linkage chains, channel mounting brackets, traversing cord and fabric slats with all the necessary hardware s as per schedule. S.ft ACP PANELLING:- Providing & fixing full height A.C.P. wall paneling 3 mm Thk. in two or more shades/ design fixed on 50 X 25 Aluminium frame at 600 centre to centre both sides horizontal & vertical.
