Item. / Particulars. 1.1 FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS: Providing and fixing metal stud dry wall partition with following specifications: (a) Supporting system comprising of GypSteel / Frame Work / Rondo / Boral make 51mm x 35mm metal studs at 600mm c/c and 51mm x 32mm metal tracks at floor, middle, door and ceiling level with joints staggered to avoid through joints. The vertical members should touch the ceiling with horizontal ceiling channel at slab / beam bottom. The rate should also include necessary strengthening with studs / tracks or channels at doors and other openings. Quantity. Rate. Unit. Amount. (b) 12mm Plywood fixed on both sides with 25mm dry wall screws for the entire height of the partition. (c) Partition to have 8mm clear float glass fixed with 85mm x 15mm alround jamb and 12mm x 12mm button beading on both sides of the glass, to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete. (d) Partition to have plastic emulsion paint finish on both sides as shown in drawing. (e) All beech wood members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS - ONE SIDE VENEER AND ONE SIDE LAMINATE: Same as item 1.1 above to be cladded with 4mm Veneer (Veneer Base Rate Rs - 1,200/- Sq.M.) from one side and 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs - 500/- Sq.M.) from other side to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete. 40 Sq.M.

2 1.1.2 FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS - BOTH SIDES LAMINATE: Same as item 1.1 above to be cladded with 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs - 500/- Sq.M.) from both sides to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete. 1.2 HALF HEIGHT PARTITIONS: (LAMINATE FINISH) Same as item 1.1 above, but for height of 1100mm from finished floor level, to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete and the following: 120 Sq.M. 260 Sq.M. (a) 6 mm thick acrylic solid surface capping on top 50mm bands of the partition on all the exposed sides as per drawings and directions etc., complete. (b) The cost to include all hardware required etc., as per site conditions. The rate is for a finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 1.3 DOORS: DOORS IN PARTITIONS: Providing and fixing 50mm thick solid core flush shutter with 100mm x 15mm beech wood jamb alround the opening of the partition and 12mm x 12mm button beading on one side of the partition and 8mm clear float glass with 3M privacy film fixed as per drawing with 50mm x 15mm beech wood jamb around the glass opening and 12mm x 12mm beech wood beading for fixing of glass on both sides. The rate to include necessary hardware viz., door stopper, door silencer, Doorset pair of " H " type handles - SH 10 P SS), Doorset Mortise Dead Lock - ML 102 SS and Euro Profile Cylinder - Key and Knob 70mm - CL 207 SS, SS 2 ball-bearing hinges - HG 1152 A (127mm x 76mm x 2.5mm), Dorma make concealed door closer (all of approved make and quality), melamine spray polish finish for all beech wood members, etc., complete as directed.

Providing, making and fixing in position Main Entrance Glass Work comprising of Door opening of 1800mm x 2400mm in two pieces and both sides fixed glass of 350mm x 2400mm made of 10mm toughened glass of approximate overall size 2500mm x 2400mm with following specifications etc., complete as directed. (a) Entrance door (2 Nos.) - Providing, fixing in position Single Dorma patch fitting glazed entrance Double door (Size: 1800mm x 2400mm) using 12mm / 10mm toughened glass edge polished. The Door to consist of Floor spring (BTS 75V), Upper Patch (SM 1020A), Bottom Patch (SM 1010), Lock Keeper Plate (SM 1052E), Euro Profile Cylinder (EPC), "H" Type Handle 32 x 600mm (TG 9357 EQ-S), Corner Lock (SM 1049E) and the side fixed glass to have 2 Nos. Bottom Patch (SM 1010) and 2 Nos. Upper Patch (SM 1020A) for each door to a neat finish etc., complete as per drawing.

4 (b) Providing and fixing in position to opening between the two walls to have alround 12mm plywood cladded with 15mm thick beech wood jamb as per wall width at site on all sides of the opening to a neat line and level to facilitate fixing of clear glass mentioned above. The beech wood members to have a minimum of three coats of melamine spray polish finish as directed, etc., complete. 1.4 WALL PANELLING: Providing and fixing metal stud Wall Paneling with following specifications: a) Supporting system comprising of GypSteel / Frame Work / Rondo / Boral make 51mm x 35mm metal studs at 600mm c/c and 51mm x 32mm metal tracks at floor, middle, door and ceiling level with joints staggered to avoid through joints. The vertical members should touch the ceiling with horizontal ceiling channel at slab / beam bottom. b) 12mm Plywood fixed with 25mm dry wall screws for the entire height of the paneling. c) Partition to have texture paint finish on both side between 100mm to 2100mm as shown in drawing. d) Providing 15mm thick jamb for door and window openings of suitable depth as per site conditions. e) All beech wood members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish WALL PANELLING: (VENEER FINISH) 12 Sq.M. Same as item 1.4 above to be cladded with 4mm Veneer (Veneer Base Rate Rs - 1,200/- Sq.M.) from one side to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete WALL PANELLING: (LAMINATE FINISH) 200 Sq.M. Same as item 1.4 above to be cladded with 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs - 500/- Sq.M.) from one side to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete.

5 1.5 ACOUSTIC FABRIC PANELS: 5 Sq.M. Providing, making and fixing in position Armstrong Optra Acoustical Wall Paneling of Armstrong of approved equivalent with panels of 600mm x 600mm as per following specifications: (a) The support system comprises of 4 Nos. wall panel Impalers fixed to the wall surface using self tapping screws. Silica based construction adhesive to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the impalers. Optra wall panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the impalers ensuring and maintaining the line and level of the panels. (b) The panels to have square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classified for Fire reaction Class B-s1, d1 as per EN13501, fabric with an option of colors Ivory, Autumn Orange, Pista Green, Straw Gold, Rustic Green, Burgundy, Rust, Peacock Blue, Ash Grey, Mocha as per the choice providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers and construction adhesives as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer. The item to include cost of all materials as per drawings and directions etc., complete.

6 1.6 VERTICAL GARDEN - WALL PANELLING WITH SPECIAL EDGE FINISH HIGH GLOSS LAMINATE: Same as item 1.4 above to be cladded with 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs - 1,000/- Sq.M.) from one side to a neat finish as per drawings and directions etc., complete. Further in addition to above the following specifications to be followed: 20 Sq.M. a) The Vertical Garden is to made in boxes as per drawing made with 19mm Marine Grade Plywood cladded inside with 1mm thick Laminate and all the exposed faces of the box to be cladded with 1mm Special Edge Finish High Gloss Laminate. The entire face of wall panelling to be in form of squares as per drawing. b) The faces of the plywood boxing to be cladded with 20mm x 6mm beech wood lipping. c) The boxing made for plants to have 34 Nos. Glass Jars of 200mm dia and 300mm height for placing the Natural Plants in them and then into the Marine Plywood boxing. The following Natural Plants to be provided in these Glass Jars - 9 Nos. Snake Plant / Mother-in-law's tongue (SansevieriaTrifasciata), 8 Nos. Daisy Plant (Gerbera Daisy), 8 Nos. Marginata or Dragon Tree (DraczenaMarginata) and 9 Nos. Peace Lily (SpathiphyllumWallisii). d) All beech wood members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish. e) The item to include cost of all materials, labour to a neat finish etc., complete as per drawings and directions.

7 1.7 LACQURED GLASS WORK: 7 Sq.M. Providing and fixing in position 10mm toughened lacquered glass (colour - Black or blue) for glass partition. The work to include making necessary template for all the glasses and then cutting the glass to correct size, making all the necessary holes, cuts etc., and then toughining the same. The cost to include all hardware required viz., single corner patch, bracket etc., The approximate size of each glass will be 1950mm x450mm to 1200mm as per site conditions. The rate is for a finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 1.8 FALSE CEILING: Providing, making and fixing in position the following types of different false ceilings with different materials as specified below for a finished item of work as per drawings and directions etc., complete GRID FALSE CEILING: 330 Sq.M. Providing and fixing Optra Mineral Fiber designer tiles 600mm x 600mm of Armstrong or approved equivalent make, as per drawing with square edges supported on suspension system made of 24mm exposed grid Tee section of double web design, roll formed from hot dipped galvanized steel with pre-painted (polyurethane) capping. The suspension system comprises of main Tee 24mm x 38mm, 3600mm long with cross Tee slots at 100mm c/c and suspension holes in the bulb conveniently located at 52mm, suspended with 4mm thick GI wire with high tension double suspended clip with heavy duty plugs to be suspended with ceiling and cross Tees of size 24mm x 30mm, 1200mm or 600mm long laid on cross Tee twist and rotation for greater stability and improved visual appeal and perimeter wall angle of size 24mm x 24mm, 3000mm long including finishing etc., complete as per drawings and directions.

8 1.8.2 PLAIN FALSE CEILING: 550 Sq.M. Providing and fixing Concealed Grid suspended ceiling system of 12.5mm LaGyp / Boral Plaster / Saint Gobain Boards fixed to Frame Work / Rondo / Saint Gobain / Boral Metal System concealed grid key lock suspended ceiling system consisting of 5mm suspension rod, adjustable spring loaded suspension clip, top cross rail of 3000mm long of 0.55BMT and furring channel 4000mm long made of 0.5mm BMT the top cross rail to be suspended from ceiling at every 1200mm and furring channel to be fixed to top cross rail at every 600mm to make a grid of 1200 x 600mm. All the above components are to be made of galvanized steel. Further the rates to include cutouts for lighting fixtures / AC grilles / Fire Alarm Detectors etc., along with necessary strengthening and supports for fixing of these. The board joints are to be flush finished with jointing compound and paper tape etc., complete as directed VERTICAL FACES IN FALSE CEILING: 50 Sq.M. Same as item 1.8 above but for vertical faces in false ceiling as per drawing including cut outs for AC grilles etc., complete as directed PLYWOOD FALSE CEILING: 35 Sq.M. Providing and making plywood ceiling with Trap Doors in Ceiling of approximate size 1800mm x 750mm made with 50mm x 50mm hard wood frame and shutter with hard wood frame of 35mm x 35mm with 19mm marine quality plywood / block board, the exposed surface of the ceiling to be cladded with 1mm thick laminate of approved shade and painted with enamel paint internally with necessary hardware viz., hinges, safety chain, lock, handle etc., complete as per drawings and directions.

9 1.8.5 VENEER FALSE CEILING: (FIGURED CURUPRIXA) Same as item 1.8 below but for 12mm Plywood instead of Gypsum Plasterboard cladded with 4mm Veneer (Veneer Base Rate Rs - 1,200/- Sq.M.) with minimum three coats of melamine spray polish to a finished item of work as per drawings and directions etc., complete. 20 Sq.M RIBS IN FALSE CEILING: 15 Sq.M. Same as item 1.8 above but for providing, making and fixing in position ribs made with Boral Metal System furring channel 150mm x 150mm x 1500mm long made of 0.5mm BMT with 12.5mm thick Gypsum boards fixed to the vertical faces of false ceiling as per drawings and directions etc., complete STRECHED FABRIC CEILING: 10 Sq.M. Providing, making and fixing in position Custom made PVC Strech False Ceiling with Stretchable PVC with PVC Harpoon welded Ceiling Material for a finished job as per detailed drawings and specifications etc., complete. (a) The PVC ceiling must be stretched and hooked into aluminium channels of Wall Seperator OR Ceiling Seperator rails, ensuring good rigidity, to be inturn fixed to the Plywood /Wood /MS /Aluminium fabricated structure, with an optimum depth of 150MM at the specified level. A properitory semi rigid PVC Anchor ( for Tension mounting ) is to be welded on the outer periphery of the PVC ceiling.

10 (b) The Ceiling Material to be Stretchable PVC with PVC Harpoon welded 0.17mm thick, to have dimensional stability between -5 degrees to +45 degrees, with no visible deformation, having weight of (200 +_ 15 ) g / sqm, with water Vapor permeability for Hydrometric degree <65% RH = G/hr sq mm Hg and for Hydrometric degree > 65% RH = g / hrsqm mm Hg, with very effective impermeable barrier to water, Water proof / Dust Proof / Airtight, Resistant to water, dampness, sea water, copper salt solutions and x-rays and having Thermal Cofficient of 0.16 kcal/m H C, with Fire Classification : B-s2-d0 acc. With DIN EN 14716, with Low Emission : CLASS A+ Certified etc., complete. (c) The finished item of work should have a Warranty of Minimum 10 years covering the material, the manufacturing and installation aspects. (d) The work also includes provision for Installation of LED Module lights fixed to the internal side of the Plywood / Wood / MS / Aluminium fabricated structure this structure / boxing finish to be done with 2 coats of Oil Based enamel paint in WHITE Color. The Depth of the Box should be 150 mm.

11 1.9 WORK TABLE: 35 Sq.M. Providing, making and placing in position worktables made in 19mm plywood / block board for table top and 75mm x 50mm hardwood foot rest, including key board tray and vertical supports at approximately every 1350mm length. The Work Table top and front facia to have 6mm thick acrylic solid surface and remaining all exposed faces to have 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs - 500/- Sq.M.) the wooden members to have melamine spray polish finish and the unexposed faces to have minimum three coats of enamel paint with putty etc., complete as directed. The table to have a three drawer unit for every 1350mm length as per drawing. All faces of plywood to have 6mm beech wood lipping. The cost to include all necessary hardware viz., drawer channels, " W " hinges, SS handles, set locks etc., 1.10 STORAGE UNITS: Providing, making and placing in position Storage Units with horizontal partitions of 1200mm abutting wall / abutting partition / 750mm as back credenza height made in 19mm plywood / block board for table top. The top and front facia of the storage unit to have 6mm thick acrylic solid surface. All other exposed faces of the unit to have either 4mm Veneer OR 1mm Laminate as specified and enamel painting with putty finish on all unexposed faces including melamine spray polish finish for all wooden members and all necessary hardware viz., 'W' or wing hinges, locks, handles, tower bolts etc., and beech wood beading 40mm x 40mm at top and beech wood edge lipping 20mm x 6mm etc., complete.

Providing and placing in position Ceramic Flower Vase of base 300mm - 450mm diameter and 450mm mm tall. Further a Natural Plant with best red earth to be placed in a Terracota Pot of suitable size with the plant - Bamboo Palm / Areca Palm (DypsisLutescena) and this is to be placed in the Ceramic Vase. The cost to include all materials a proper arrangement of the natural plant to a neat and finished job etc., complete as directed MODULAR ALUMINIUM SKIRTING - 100mm HIGH: Providing and fixing of matt natural anodised skirting profile of 100mm height of Bottomline or approved equivalent make, Skirting to be two part profile with retainer to be installed on wall / half and full height partitions / wall and column panelling and a cover profile, which clicks to the retainer, inclusive of all accessories and installation as per the manufacturers specification for a finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 475 Rmt.

13 1.12 PVC CORNER GUARDS: 70 Rmt. Providing and fixing of PVC corner guard of 15mm X 15mm fixed with double sided tape (to be fixed to the verticals of half height partitions) of Bottomline or approved equivalent make, inclusive of all accessories and installation as per the mafacturers specification for a finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 2.0 LOOSE FURNITURE: 2.1 EXECUTIVE OFFICE TABLES: Providing, making and placing in position Executive Table and Side Table with following specifications and per dimensions specified. (a) Tabletop and the front alroundfacia of the table to be made in 25mm block board with 6mm thick acrylic solid surface and double thickness at edges alround. (b) All other members 19mm plywood and, all exposed faces of the table to have 4mm Veneer (Veneer Base Rate Rs - 1,200/- Sq.M.) OR 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs - 500/- Sq.M.) as specified above to be used. (c) All the edges of 19mm plywood to have 20mm x 6mm beech wood edge lipping. (d) One readymade CPU mobile pedestal. (e) One Molded Key Board Tray with channels etc., (g) One Molded Pencil Tray with channels etc., (h) One Three Drawer Unit made with 19mm plywood and 12mm plywood. The unit to have one vertical filing drawer at bottom and two equal drawers on top. The rate to include all necessary hardware viz., drawer channels, handles, locks, etc., and 20mm x 6mm beech wood edge lipping etc., (i) One Side Table with shutters made with 19mm block board and 19mm plywood with necessary hardware viz., ' W ' hinges, handles, locks, tower bolts, etc., and 20mm x 6mm beech wood edge lipping etc.,

(l) 75mm x 50mm sal wood footrest. (m) All wooden members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish AGM's EXECUTIVE TABLE: 1 Each. Same as item 2.1 above but for Executive Table and Side Table for the Branch Manager of approximate size mm x 900mm x 750mm mm x 450mm x 750mm as per drawings and directions etc., complete for a finished item of work. The cost to include 6mm thick acrylic solid surface AND 4mm Veneer (Veneer Base Rate Rs - 1,200/- Sq.M.) as specified above with minimum three coats of melamine spray polish finish, for a finished item of work as per drawings and directions etc., complete OFFICER's EXECUTIVE TABLES: CHIEF MANAGER'S TABLES: 10 Each. The cost to include 6mm thick acrylic solid surface AND 1mm Laminate (Laminate Base Rate Rs. 500/- Sq.M.) as specified above with minimum three coats of melamine spray polish finish, for a finished item of work as per drawings and directions etc., complete RECEPTION TABLE: 1 Each. Providing, making and placing in position Reception Table of approximate size 2400mm x 750mm x 1050mm as per following specifications and drawings to a neat and complete job as per directions etc., complete. (a) The Table is to be made with 19mm plywood / 25mm block board as specified in the drawings and all the exposed faces to be cladded with 1mm Laminate / 6mm acrylic solid surface etc., as specified. (b) The Table top to have 25mm thick block board with 6mm acrylic solid surface of approved shade and make. The front facia of the table to have 19mm plywood with 6mm acrylic solid surface as specified. (c) The central part of the front modesty panel to be proud by 200mm and the same to be made with 19mm plywood cladded with 1mm Special Edge Finish High Gloss Laminate as per drawing and same to have provision for cove lighting as per drawing. Further this panel to also have 8mm thick Lacqured Toughened Glass fixed with separator Cap Bolts with spacer over and above the Glossy Laminate and finished with 1mm thick laminate and 6mm acrylic solid surface as per drawings. (d) The sides of the table to have 25mm thick block board claded with 1mm thick laminate as per drawings.

16 (e) All the edges of 19mm plywood to have 20mm x 6mm beech wood edge lipping. (f) One readymade CPU mobile pedestal. (g) One Molded Key Board Tray with channels etc., (h) One Three Drawer Unit made with 19mm plywood and 12mm plywood. The unit to have one vertical filing drawer at bottom and two equal drawers on top. The rate to include all necessary hardware viz., drawer channels, handles, locks, etc., and 20mm x 6mm beech wood edge lipping etc., (i) All the unexposed faces to have minimum two coats of enamel paint with putty finish. (j) 75mm x 50mm sal wood footrest. (k) All wooden members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish. 2.2 DISCUSSION TABLE: 1 Each. Providing, making and placing in position Discussion Table over of diameter 900 mm dia x 750 mm with following specification. 1) 35 x 25 mm sal wood members as approximate 600 mm C/C both ways 2) 6 mm ply wood with 1mm laminate to be fixed on all faces of above frame work 3) 50 mm ply boxing with 1 mm laminate as shown in the drawing. 4) Table top made in 12 mm thick glass with beveled machine polish edges. 5) S.S. Sleeve to be fixed at center as shown in drawing. 6) 40 mm S.S.Pipe legs to support table top with S.S. levelers as shown in drawing. 7) 2 Nos 25 mm dias.s.pipe connect the vertical ply boxing supports with projection of 12 mm at both the ends.

17 2.3 CONFERENCE TABLE: 1 Each. Providing, making and placing in position Board Room Table in " U " shape of size 7700mm x 2100mm x 750mm with a central passage of 700mm as shown in the drawing with following specifications given below. (a) Tabletop to be made in 25mm block board with alround 50mm edges cladded with 6mm acrylic solid surface as specified above. (b) A " U " shaped apron to be made with 25mm blockboard and 4mm veneer on all the three sides. (c) The above mentioned boxing to have fins made with 25mm blockboard with 4mm veneer on all exposed faces and as per shape given in the drawing of approximate 16 Nos. for bottom support of table top. (d) All the exposed faces to have 4mm veneer of approved shade and make as specified above. (e) All the unexposed faces to have minimum two coats of enamel paint with putty finish. (f) All beed wood members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish. 2.4 LUNCH ROOM TABLES: 4 Each. Providing, making and placing in position of Dining Tables of approximate size 1500mm x 900mm. The top to have 20mm granite of approved shade with full round bull nosing. The frame of the table to have four legs of 50mm dia MS pipe with 30mm dia MS pipe bracing at bottom, 100mm from floor level and 30mm MS square pipe bracing with intermediate supports at table top. All the legs to have levellors with 75mm dia 10mm thick MS plate. 18 2.5 PANTRY UNIT: 1 Each. Providing, making and placing in position Pantry Unit of overall size 3380mm x 2650mm. The bottom of the unit from FFL to 800mm level to 600mm depth and the fop portion of the unit from 1400mm level to have depth of 450mm. The unit to be made with following specifications and as per drawings to a neat finish including cost all materials, hardware etc., complete. Storage units with horizontal partitions at not more than 900mm and the pantry unit top at 750mm level to have 19mm block board with 15mm granite and provision for 510mm x 510mm kitchen sink with pillar cock, angle cock, bottle trap and waste coupling (all of Jaguar or approved equivalent make) and all necessary hardware etc., The Storage units below and above to have all necessary hardware viz., "W" hinges, handles, locks, magnetic ball catchers etc., The back of the unit to have 9mm plywood and the central 750mm portion to have cladding with glazed tiles of 200mm x 300mm. All the vertical partions and the shutters of the storage to have 19mm plywood. All the exposed areas of plywood to have 1mm Laminate (Base Rate of Laminate Rs. 500/- Sq.M.) of approved shade and all the internal areas to have enamel painting with putty finish on all unexposed faces including melamine spray polish finish for all wooden members and all necessary hardware viz., 'W' or wing hinges, locks, handles, tower bolts etc., and beech wood edge lipping 20mm x 6mm etc., complete as per drawings and directions.

19 3.0 OTHER WORKS: 3.1 ROYAL EMULSION PAINTING: 630 Sq.M. Cleaning the surface of the wall & then applying one coat of altex putty followed by one coat of primer & then applying second coat of putty to give smooth finish exactly in line and level & then finally applying a minimum of two coats of royal emulsion paint of Asian or equivalent make of approved shade to give a neat finish including cost of all materials necessary scaffolding etc., complete for walls & ceiling. 3.2 BLINDS: ROMAN BLINDS: 10 Sq.M. Providing and fixing in position of Roman Blinds of approved Fabric (Basic Cost - RS. 3,000/- per Sq. M.) of Hunter Douglas / Mac / Vista make or approved equivalent of approved shade etc., as directed VERTICAL BLINDS: 15 Sq.M. Providing and fixing in position of Vertical Blinds of 100mm of Hunter Douglas / Mac / Vista make or approved equivalent of approved shade etc., as directed. 3.3 DESIGNER FILM WORK: 100 Sq.M. Providing and fixing in position Designer Film withelipse design on all glasses as per draswings and heights mentioned. The Designer Film is of Harmony or equivalent approved make. The rate is for a finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 3.4 POP COVERING 910 Sq.M. Providing and spreading Foam Sheet OR POP layer of 3mm to 5mm over the existing vitrified flooring and removing the same and carting away the debris after the Interior work is over etc., complete as directed.

20 4.0 FLOORING 4.1 CARPET TILES FLOORING: 50 Sq.M. Providing and fixing in position carpet tiles of 500mm x 500mm Interface make, Furrows - Element - Time Warp series / Godrej or approved eqivalent make, for finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 4.2 ENGINEERED WOODEN FLOORING: 85 Sq.M. Providing, fixing and placing in position Engineered Wooden Flooring 14mm thick - Jatoba 1 Strip and Merabau 1 Strip - Natural Wood - Solid and Engineered Wood Flooring of Ego Wooden Floor or approved equivalent make to be used in ratio of 50% : 50%. The Flooring to have toungue and groove joints and to be finished with a minimum of three coats of polyurethene polish finish as directed etc., complete for a finished item of work. 5.0 WALL PAPER: 10 Sq.M. Providing, fixing in position Wall Paper of approved shade over the basic wall panelling / parition to a neat job as per drawings and specifications etc., complete. (Basic Cost of Wall Paper - RS. 3,250/- per Sq.M.) 6.0 BACK DROP IN ENTRANCE: 1 Each. Providing, making and fixing in position Back Drop (Approx. size mm x 2600mm minus the Storage Unit shown) made with following specifications as per drawings and directions to a neat job including all necessary materials, hardware etc., complete. a) Supporting system comprising of Frame Work / Rondo / Boral make 51mm x 35mm metal studs at 600mm c/c and 51mm x 32mm metal tracks at floor, middle, door and ceiling level with joints staggered to avoid through joints. The vertical members should touch the ceiling with horizontal ceiling channel at slab / beam bottom. b) 12mm Plywood fixed with 25mm dry wall screws for the entire height of the paneling.

This curved portion to be made with 9mm plywood + 6mm White Acrylic Sheet + 1.5mm thick Decorative Marble UV Sheet (GZM-5, of Giza or approved equivalent make) The sides of this central proud portion to be further proud by 100mm and to be 125mm alround the rectangular portion which is made with 12mm plywood and all the surfaces are cladded with 6mm acrylic solid surface. d) The sides around the central portion viz., 650mm on either sides horizontally and 175mm on top and bottom of the central portion to have 1.5mm Decorative Marble UV Sheet. (GZM-20 of Giza or approved equivalent make) e) All other surfaces of the backdrop not mentioned above will be cladded with 6mm thick acrylic solid surface as per drawings and directions etc., complete. f) All edges of plywood to have 6mm thick beech lipping. g) All beech wood members and faces of veneer to have melamine spray polish finish. 7.0 ENTRANCE - VINYL SCRAPER MATTING: 20 Each. Providng, fixing in position 3M Nomad Scraper Matting 7150, Gray / Red. Entrance coiled vinyl scraper matting designed for heavy traffic applications over the existing flooring to a neat finished job as per drawings and directions etc., complete. 8.0 LAMINATE FOR EXISTING DOORS: 15 Sq.M.
