All hardware like drawer channel should be of Godrej, Kich, Hilti or Approved by Architect, drawer locks Godrej,Hilti,Hardwyn. All work to complete as per design and instructions by Architect / Engineer. NOTE : ALL FURNITURE IN MARINE PLYWOOD S.N. ITEM OF WORK. QTY RATE PER AMOUNT 1 DOORS- A FULLY GLAZED DOORS (FULL HT.) toughened SQ.MT. Providing and fixing frameless fully glazed 12mm thk toughened float glass fixed with necessary patch fittings(approved make) including cutting, making holes, cutouts in the glass of required shape and size to accommodate fittings and fixing the fittings in floors, soffits, jams including necessary fixtures, srews, sealent wherever required and SS cover over patch fittings. Rate shall include necessary etching film, approved patch fitting locking systems, 1 pair of 12 long S. S. ( H Shape) Handles of approved make, floor springs, and any necessary hardware items. Providing and fixing partly glazed full height partitions as per drawing made out of frame 50 x 50mm size sal wood 600mm c/c both ways Horizontally and Vertically. The vertical alternate frames to be fixed to the ceiling with necessary fixtures. The framing shall be finished with 8 mm thk. glass panel including 8mm thk. Marine plywood panelling on both sides with approved laminate 1mm thick including 25 x 12.5mm teak wood beading. 3 B FULL GLAZED PARTITION IN Toughened SQMT. Providing and fixing of Fixed Glass partition with 12mm thick Modi guard make clear toughened float glass using Standard fittings of approved makes at the top and bottom with U - Shaped Aluminium rails and EPDM gaskets including cutting, making holes in glass and fixing the fittings in floors, false ceiling etc. and making the same good with necessary screw, sealent wherever required. The top fittings to be fitted to the Wooden section fixed above the Gypsum board in the level of GI channels of False ceiling. Note.:as per detailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect on site etc. C DEAD PARTITION (FULL HT) in LAMINATE FINISH SQ.MT. Providing and fixing dead partition as per drawing made out of frame 50 x 50mm size sal wood 600mm c/c both ways Horizontally and Vertically. The vertical alternate frames to be fixed to the ceiling with necessary fixtures. The framing shall be finished 8mm thk. Marine plywood panelling on both sides with approved laminate 1mm thick including 25 x 12.5mm teak wood beading. Marine Plywood with 1 mm thk laminate of aproved shade. 4 4 TABLES- IN CARPENTARY A D.G.M. TABLE (7'0"x3'0") 1.00 NO. Providing D.G.M Table with keyboard Facility of size 7'0" x 3'0" as per design on site in 19 mm thk. Marine plywood frame work with 1 mm thk laminate table top including 12 mm thk. glass on table top rested on 3" Dia.Steel stude. 1 no. Shelf for CPU to be provided below the desk as shown in the drg. All the inner surfaces shall be finshed with 1mm thick white laminate. 1no. Computer key board tray as per architects design using 19mm thk marine ply base and 25 x 50mm round edged moulding on the front fixed with telescopic/double(approved make / approved sliders). A drawer unit as shown in the drg shall be provided. 3 nos of drawers with 1.0 mm. Thk. Laminate shall be provided. Height of drawers shall be 100mm, 100mm and 280mm. Drawer shall consist of 12mm thk. marine Ply sides, back and 6mm thk. marine Ply base. Facia of drawers shall be of 19mm thk. marine Ply finished in 1.0 mm. Thk. Laminate and with a wooden moulding on top/bottom edge for handle. Each drawer shall slide on a pair of telescopic drawer sliders(approved make). The inside portion of draws to be finished with white laminate. Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like locks(approved make) for drawers and any miscellaneous hardware items. Table shall be as per delailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect etc. D CONFERENCE ROOM TABLE (2'0" WIDE) 6.97 Rmt. Providing Conferance table as per design on site in 19 mm marine plywood frame work with 19 mm marine plywood with 1 mm thk laminate for exposed faces. Providing Reception Table as per design on site in 19 mm marine plywood frame work with 1 mm thk laminate table top, including 12 mm thk. glass on table top rested on 3" Dia. Steel stude(as per drawing) Provide drawer cabinet with slides locking arrangement,use necessary hardware like handles, use T.W. foot rest.all areas should be laminate finish. 1 no. Providing and laying a Plain running counter with It shall consist of 19mm thk. marine Plywood top as per design (double edge on the front with half round moulding on the edges) supported on 19mm thk. marine plywood verticals at every 900mm length. Suitable (as per Architects design) wooden moulding with mellamine shall be provided to the edge of the top. The top of the counter should be finished with 1mm thk Laminate and all other external surfaces to be finished in 1.0 mm. Thk. Laminate of approved make. Counter shall be as per delailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect etc. Page 6 of 11

7 5 STORAGE A STORAGE (BELOW WINDOW, BACK & SIDE) SQ.MT. Providing and fixing storage units of full/ low height as per drwng. They shall consist of 18mm thk. marine ply top, sides, bottom, shelves and shutters & 6mm thk marine ply for back. The bottom of the storages shall be at 75mm from FFL. The shutter with box type higes of approved make & teak lipping finished with melamine with approved laminate on all the shutter edges. Division of the shutters shall be made equally according to the length of the storages ( as approved by Bank/ architect). All the external surfaces shall be finished with 1.0mm thk. Laminate of approved make. 18mm thk. marine Ply shelves at 16 interval ( approximately / divided equally) shall be provided. All inner surfaces shall be finished with laminate including the shutters. Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like hinges, locks, 150mm long SS brushed finish handles,tower bolts, and any necessary hardware items. B FULL HT STORAGE (BACK FINISH WITH LAMINATE) SQ.MT. Providing and fixing storage units of full/ low height as per drwng. MT Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum plaster board suspended on GI framework. GI framework to consist of GI perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 20mm x 30mm along perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with nylon sleeves and 600mm c/c. Suspending GI intermediate channels of size 0.9mm thick 45mm x 15mm from the soffit at max dist 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle 0.55mm thick 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit using proprietary supplied GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners. The boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edge of the boards with jointing compound & joint paper tape. Rate shall be inclusive of Cut outs for A/c machiness, spot lights, light fixtures, A/C. Grills, fire and security systems cut outs, All Sections should adhere to the manufacturers guidelines. Vertical sides visible will be measured. Note.:as per detailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect on site etc. Page 8 of 11

9 B GYPSUM BOARD WITH GRID SHEETS SQ. MT Providing and fixing false ceiling of 12 mm thk Acoustic tagular boards of Armstrong / approved make, shape and sizes as per drawings including powder coated G.I. wall angle of 20mm x 20mm size GI grid runners of size 20mm x 38 mm at 600mm center to center both ways and suspended using G.I. wire 3mm wire, including fixing using butterfly and fasteners, peripheral channels, including cut outs for A.C. grills and concealed light holes, light boxes, including transporting, scaffolding all necessary labor and machinery, finishing, as per detailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect on site, etc. Note.:as per detailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect on site etc. C MOISTURE RESISTANT CEILING SQ. MT Providing and fixing maoisture resistant plane sheet false ceiling as per design suspended on GI framework. 10 7 PAINTING A LUSTER PAINT SQ. MT Providing & applying two finish coats of Luster Paint on walls. The rate shall include scrapping, levelling & preparing the surface. Primer coat + (minimum)2 coats to get evenly spread quality finish (roller finish) of approved make, quality & shade shall be provided. including scaffolding, applying the acrylic wall putti etc. Note.:as per detailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect on site etc. B OIL BOND DISTEMPER SQ. MT Providing and applying 2 coats of O.B. Distempere paint of approved colour and shade to internal ceiling surfaceshe rate shall include scrapping, levelling & preparing the surface. Primer coat + (minimum) 2 coats to get evenly spread quality finish (roller finish) of approved make, quality & shade shall be provided including scaffolding. etc complete Note.:as per detailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect on site etc. 8 VERTICAL BLINDS SQ. MT Providing and fixing in position vertical blinds. With imported fittings heavy duty powder coated of approved colour including aluminium top channels, chord, locks, painted Tilt rod etc. completed. 9 CENTER TABLES (3'-0" X 2'-0" X 1'-6"HT) 3.00 NO. Providing and making center tables of above mentioned size as per drg. Table top shall consist of 12 mm. Thk.float glass with champhered edge with approved quality etching. The base shall be made up of CP Teak wood frame /19mm thk. marine Ply as directed by the Architect. All exposed faces finished with natural polish (if wood frmes are used) or with 1.0mm Thk laminate for ply. All inner surfaces will be finished with natural french polish. Page 10 of 11

11 10 A.C.P. PANELLING SQ. MT Providing and fixing ACP panelling on wall. Framing shall consist of Aluminium Sections 50 mm x mm C/C. Both ways horizontally and vertically on the wall as directed by Bank / Architect. finished with 2mm thick "Aluminium Composite Panel". The rate shall inclusive of necessary fixtures and fittings, sealant etc. 11 M.S. SLOTTED ANGLE STORAGE SQ.MT Providing and making M.S. slotted angle storage using angles of 18 gauge thickness and shelves of 20 gauge designed as per the specfications of standard manufacturers. Shelves shall be provided at 1-6 c/c & supported on frames on all four sides with vertical supports as per manufacturers' standard specifications. 12 SOFA 7.32 R.MT Providing and making Sofa chairs with arms using 50 x 75mm t.w. framing with 19mm thk marine plywood on top seat to have 3"x2" zigzag spring with 100mm th.
