Including trap doors for A.C unit in 18mm thick M.R Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1" x 1" for edges including finishing with Putty, White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in all respects as per the pattern as shown in the drawing.provision for cope light should be there as per the instruction of E.I.C.(Note:-Only the plan area will be measured for payment.no extra payment will be made for cutouts, grooves, mouldings etc.) ii) Providing and fixing POP cornice moulding along the periphery below the gypsum where wall/column/ wooden partition wall meeting the gypsum ceiling. The joints to be properly finished with putty and painted with ASIAN PAINT ROYAL PLASTIC IMUSION paint of mathcing colour as per instruction of E.I.C. Sft Rft B. False Ceiling (Armstrong):- Providing & fixing false ceiling board in Armstrong 600 mm x 600 mm x 15/16 mm ( Dune Supreme RH 99 with micro look edge, framework with Black Revel members as specified by Armstrong Co.. 6mmØ GI rods with butter fly clip should be used as suspenders wherever required). Making necessary framework for A.C ducting, if any, and necessary cutout for diffusers and light fittings, taping and finishing to proper line & level, including making grooves and trap doors for A.C unit in 18mm thick M.R Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1" x 1" for edges including finishing with Putty & White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in all respects. Cash Counter 4'6" wide as per drawing No. ( 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E, 2-F ) comprising of the following:- i) Working top made with 25mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate.outside edge of the moulding top shall be provided with 1 1/4" x 1" white beech / white ceader moulding finished with natural polish.inside edge will be provided with 1/2" x 1" white beech / white ceader beading patti with natural polish. Rft. 9' ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18 mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate with 1mm thick groove at the joint of laminiates of two different shades. iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia below the working top made with 18 mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate with provision for concealed light, 1mm thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of laminate. iv) Glazed partition of 1'-4" height above working top provided with 12mm thick toughened and frosted glass besides nontransparent film from inside fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed S.S. finished 'D' brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. v) Transaction top shall be provided with 12 mm thick toughened glass ( partly glazed partly frosted ) fixed horizontally with concealed Stainless Steel D bracket.both exposed edges (inside and outside) shall be moulded and finished in mirror polish. vi) Glazed partition having height 1'-0" above the transaction top (in facia) shall be provided with 12mm thick glass (clear) with cut out of 8" x 4" as per drawing. The edges of cut out and the top edge of glass are to be mirror polishedand to be fixed to partition as per details and to boxing with concealed S.S finished 'D' brackets as shown in glass (Clear) above the slit to be fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed S.S finished 'D' brackets as shown in the drawing.the exposed edges shall be finished in mirror polish. vii) 7'-7" high Boxing (10" x10") made with 18 mm thick plywood as per drawing with 1'-6" horizontal extension at the top including and fixing 6mm thick Finished Floor level. viii) 1'-9" high boxing ( 5" x 5" ) made with 12mm thick plywood finished with 1 mm thick laminate are to be provided. ix) Telescopic CPU Stand / ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided of approved model and make. x) Footrest made with T.W member of size 4"x1 1/2" finished with french polish. 3 xi) Drawer units as per drawing shall be provided and each drawer should have vertical partition for keeping the currency notes and multipupose Godrej locks.facia of drawer unit shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate and all other sodes shall be finished with white enamel paint.the drawer will be provided with handles (Stainless Steel finish) and channels as per approval of the Project Consultant / Bank. xii) Boxing as per drawing made with 12mm thick plywood finished with Synthetic enamel paint shall be provided below the table top for electrical conduiting and at the bottom for the LAN cabling / Telephone wire conduiting.the item to include all necessary hardware and fitting in stainless steel finish, lipping to all edges and making provision only for electrical fitting behind the vertical drop and also in the 10" x 10" boxing as shown in the drawing.necessary beadings with natural polish for fixing the glass are to be provided as per drawing / as directed. xiii) 8mm table top glass, cut out for wire manager including wire manager is to be provided. xiv) 4" Skirting in silver foil should be provided on the front facia of the table 4 FRONT OFFICE COUNTER Providing and fixing in position Front Office Counter 2'-6" wide as per drawing No.(1-A, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D & 15) comprising of the following complete in all respects at the position as shown in drawing. Rft. 8' i) Working top made with 25 mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate.outside edge of the working top shall be provided with 1 1/4" x 1" white beech/white ceader moulding finished with natural polish. Inside edge will be provided with 1/2" x 1" T.W. beading patti with melamine finish. ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate with 1mm thick groove at joint of laminate of two different shades. iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia below the working top made with 18mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate with provision for concealed light, 1mm thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of laminate. iv) Glazed partiton above working top to be provided with 12mm thick clear glass cut to the standard shape fixed to partition as per fixing finished 'D' brackets as shown in the drawing.the exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. v) 3'-10" high Boxing ( 10" x 10") made with 18 mm thick plywood finished with 1 mm thick laminate including providing and fixing 6 mm thick square frosted glass at a height 3'-2" above finished floor level. vi) 1'-9" high Boxing ( 5" x 5" ) made with 12 mm thick plywood finished with 1 mm thick laminate. 4 vii) Vertical supports made with 18 mm thick plywood finished with white enamel paint. viii) Telescopic CPU Stand / ready made Keyboard tray shall be provided of approved model and make. ix) Footrest made with T.W member of size 4" x 1 1/2" finished with french polish. x) 2Nos. Drawer units with three numbers of drawers in each unit as per drawing shall be provided with multipurpose Godrej locks in Each drawer. Facia of drawer unit shall be finished with 1mm thick lamiante and all other sides shall be finished with white synthetic enamel paint.the drawers will be provided with handles (Stainless Steel finish) and channels as per approval of the project Consultant / Bank. xi) Boxing as per drawing made with 12mm thick plywood finished with synthetic enamel paint shall be provided below the table top for electrical conduiting and at the bottom for the LAN cabling / Telephone wire conduiting.the item to include all necessary hardware and fitting in Stainless Steel finish, lipping to all edges and making provision only for electrical fitting behind the front.vertical drop and also in the 10" x 10" boxing as shown in the drawing.necessary white beech / white ceader beading with natural polish for fixing the glass are to be provided xii) The glazed partition glass above the table top is to be provided with the etching sticker as per the approved patternd. xiii) 2Nos. Wire manager is to be provided at the position decided by the E.I.C on the table top. xiv) 8mm thick table top glass to be provided with all the edges mirror polished. xv) 4" Skirting to be provided in front facia 5 SOLID FULL HEIGHT PARTITION WALL: Solid Full Height Partition :- Providing & fixing in Positioin solid Full Height Partition in frame work including door in 2'x2' grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2"x1 ½" T.W. Section with 6mm thick plywood on both sides finished with 1mm thick laminates of approved make and colour as shown in drawing no. 17.Item to include 2"x2" T.W.member for door frame.all exposed T.W.surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings / harware like door closers (Heavy Duty),Godrej dead locks,door stoppers,key hole cover,10" 'H'shape ss matt finished handle and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects.(note: In case of false ceiling, the vertical T.W. members to be fixed with pucca ceiling but the area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only). Sqft. 310 a. In Manager's cabin b. Entrance to store room. c. Entrance to U.P.S room. d.tea room. ii)all exposed T.W. surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/hardware, door clousers,godrej locks and wood preservatives paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects.( In case of false ceiling,the vertical T.W. members to be fixed with pucca ceiling but the area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only). iii) 4" Skirting is to be provided on both the sides of the partly glazed partition wall. 7 PARTLY GLAZED PARTITION FOR CASH CABIN. a) Partly Glazed Partition for Cash Cabins :- Providing and fixing in position 7'-7" high partly glazed partition for Cash Cabins as per drawing nos. (2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E ) in frame work at 2'x2' grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2"x1 1/2" t.w. Sedction and/ or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both sides finished with 1mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as shown in drawings.item to include 8 mm thick glass with etching and frosting as per design and 2"x2" t.w. member for door sides,top and glass sides and t.w. door frame to take 8mm thick glass with etching and frosting. i. All exposed t.w.surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings / hardware, door closers, handle and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects. The intermidiate glass partion between two cash cabins should made in two pieces with 4" gap in them for free air circulation. iii) 4" Skirting should be provided on both the facia of the partition wall. b) Partly Glazed Partition with door for cash cabin i)providing and fixing in position 7'-7" high partly glazed partition for Cash Cabins as per drawing nos. (2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E ) including door drawing no.(12) in frame work at 2'x2' grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2"x1 1/2" t.w. Section and/ or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both sides finished with 1mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as shown in drawings.item to include 8 mm thick glass (10"X10") for vision panel with etching and frosting as per design and 2"x2" t.w. member for door sides,top and glass sides and t.w. door frame to take 8mm thick glass with etching and frosting.the door will be provided with t.w. louvers finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour.the doors are also to be provided with Godrej Night Latch. ii) Two wooden trays are also to be provided as per drawing.necessary cutouts are to provided in the glass and the edges of the glass cutouts are to be finished in mirror polish. All exposed t.w.surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings / hardware, door closers, handle and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all respects. iii) 4" Silver foil skirting to be provided on both the sides of the partition wall. 7 SL. a) Partly Glazed Partition with a height of 4'6" Providing and fixing in position partly glazed low height partition of 4'6" high (2 ½" thick) in frame work with T.W vertical members at 2' c/c and 3 horizontal members at equal distance comprising of 2"x 1 ½" T.W Section with 6 mm plywood on both sides ( the partition would be solid till height of 3' and glass would be fixed above this height) finished with 1mm thick laminates of approved make and shade as shown in laminate of approved make and shade as shown in drawing no.(14) or (3).Item to include 12 mm thick glass (clear / frosted) to be fixed as shown in drawing.there would be no exposed edges of the glass it should be fixed to the partition wall on all four sides. 2 ⅟2T.W bead runner should be provided over the all exposed sides of the partition wall with melamine polished etc complete in all respects. ii) 4" Skirting in silver foil should be provided on both the sides of the partition wall. a. Near cancellation officer. b. Near Front office. c. Banking area near Tea room. Sft 70 9 DOORS A. Full Ht. Blocked door Providing and fixing solid core flush door of 35 mm thk. Finished with 1mm approved colour laminate on both the faces.a wooden cover moulding of 3"x3/4" thk.white beech /white ceader with natural polish shall be provided for floor spring fitted door. In case of vision panel there should be a cut out of size 18" X9" fixed with 8mm thk. glass of Modi Guard / Saint Gobain clear float glass with etching (approved design)for vision panel moulding of size 1 1/2"x3/4" thk would be provided on both the faces of the glass. White beech/white ceader glass moulding ( as per approved design) with natural polish for full ht. Sqft 52 ii) The rate shall be inclusive of Floor Spring ( heavy duty),4" brass hinges,door stopper, screws,10" 'H' shape brass handle (Kitch),dead lock of Godrej,key hole cover,night latch, tower bolt,door closer of approved make.all edges of the door to be covered with necessary lipping with natural polish.the work should be completed as per specification,design and approval of Architect. iii) Note: Wooden door frame fixed to the wall shall have 4" x2 1/2" t.w. ( seasoned ) section with natural polish.the doors fitted with door clousers shall be provided 3" x 1 1/2" t.w. section with natural polish for door frame work. iv) 4" Skirting Should be provided on both the sides of the door. Cut out for glass is to be provided above 3' from bottom level. There should be 5" border for the cut out on all the three sides. A wooden cover moulding of 3"x3/4" thk.white beech /white ceader with natural polish shall be provided for floor spring fitted door. 8mm glass of Modi Guard / Saint Gobain clear float glass with etching (approved design). Teak wood moulding of size 1 1/2"x3/4" thk would be provided on both the faces of the glass. Half Heigth Wicket Gate: Providing and fixing solid core flush door of 35 mm thk. No. (10) using 19mm Plywood on all sides with vertical partitions at 3' intervals. Exterior face to be finished with 1mm thick laminates of Bank's approved make & shade. 1.5' wide double panelled door is to be provided with 19 mm block board with stainless steel hinges in each unit. Horizontal partition in 19mm thick ply wood to be provided at mid height to provide upper and lower shelves in the storage. All the inner sides shall be finished with two coat of primer and two coat of white enamel paint of Asian paint make. Sft 100 ii) The Storage Units shall be provided with handles (Stainless Steel finish) as per approval of the Project Consultant / Bank.All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1mm thk. laminate of approved make & shade and all exposed edges of plywood to have 1" x 1/4" t.w. lipping.all exposed t.w. sections to be polished and internal surfaces to have white enamel paint as directed.item to include all necessary hardware and fitting in Stianless Steel finish, Godrej mutipurpose locks including magnetic ball catcher etc.,complete in all respects. iii) Providing 4" skirting in silver foil on all exposed surface of the storage.
