1 S.NO DESCRIPTION OF ITEM QTY UNIT RATE AMOUNT 1 DISMANTLING WORKS Dismantling & removing of existing wall panelling, tables, vinyl flooring, partitions and false celing with frame work. The rate shall include removal of debris from site. Ls 2 GYPSUM FALSE CEILING Providing & Fixing of False ceiling GYP-Board & India Gypsum G.I framework with 12. 5mm thk GYP board cladding including proper levelling, fixing the false ceiling in different levels if required of finishing of the joint s and to surfaces. All edges should be perfectly straight.the surfaces finished flush with surrounding surfaces including making provision for electrical fittings and A/C diffusers etc. Rate to include cost of painting the finished surfaces with two coats of plastic emulsion paint in white over a coat of primer, and finished over with a final rich coat using foam roller avoiding brush lines etc., complete for finished item of work.as per the drawing. 3 GRID FALSE CEILING Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with MINATUFF (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG SILHOUETTE EXPOSED GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.6, Light Reflectance >88%, Thermal Conductivity k = w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/ Class 1 (BS476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, impact resistant and suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 63% Sft 1210 Sft 4 PANELLING Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre )roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete Sft

2 With 15 mm thick fully perforated square/butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels/ tiles 5 FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS - PARTLY GLAZED Providing and fixing metal stud partitions with following specifications. (a) Supporting system comprising of Gypsteel/ Boral make 51mmx32mm metal tracks at floor, middle, door and ceiling level with joints staggered to avoid through joints. The vertical member should touch with horizontal ceiling/ channel at slab/beam bottom. The rate should also include necessary strengthening with studs/tracks or channels at doors and other openings 252 Sft (b) 12mm ply of BWR grade plywood with 1mm laminate to be pasted on both sides up to 900mm and above 2100mm level to top level with groves in laminate as directed by the architect. Laminate must be multi design and multi colour combination as advised at site. All beading wherever required shall be using steam beach of size 35mmx12mm finished to melamine to look elegant. door area shall be measured along with partitions only. (c) The frame work of the partition should extend up to ceilings/beam bottoms for fixidity. however, the paneling shall be covered up to false ceiling level. Measurement shall be taken for payment up to false ceiling level only hence the contractors may quote their rate factoring accordingly. (d) 40% of the partition area shall be with 8mm Plain Glass of banks approved make with Etching & Acid texture design as suggested by the architect Steam beach beading size shall be 35mm x 12mm beech wood Molding duly polished. The size of the vision panel in all the doors shall be as directed at site. 6 LOW HEIGHT PARTITIONS - PARTLY GLAZED Same as full height partly glazed partitions but height shall not exceed 4'. Glasses shall be used of 8mm thick plane of banks approved qualityto an height of 450mm wherever suggested at site. All exposed edges shall be covered with 100 mmx12mm steam beech beading polished to melamine to look elegant. Wicket gate of matching quality shall be made wherever necessary using required SS hardware. Wicket gates shall be measured along with partition area only Sft 7 STORAGE Providing & Fixing Full / low height storage of size 1'-6" deep & 8'-0" / 2'- 6" in height with various lengths with 19mmthk. plywood for sides, front shutter and in between planks. 8mm thk. ply use for rear side of the storage unit. All the exposed surfaces will be laminated with 1mm thk. laminate of approved shade & brand. All the inner surfaces are to be painted with luster finish over luppum. Provision for CPU stand to be made All as per the design and the instructions of the design incharge. 72 Each 15 TOILET CUBICLE SYSTEM (1200X1500X2000mm) Providing Intermediate Panel, Pilaster& Door: The intermediate panel is one continued panel without any joints. All intermediate panels, panels, pilasters and doors shall be 12mm thk with edges chamfered. The solid compact laminate ( Phenolic Core Board) is based on thermosetting resins, homogeneously reinforced with cellulosefibres. Top surface on both sides is melamine coated which is scratch and impact resistant. 4 Each Providing Hardware and fixing: All pilasters are to be supported by adjustable foot and non corrosive inserts. Top rail and wall fixing with and exterior polyamide coating guarantees resistance to breakage, heat, humidity and chemicals.
