4 Straight Leg Assembly ¼-20 x 2.75L hex cap screw and nut 6 places. Tighten fully. End Leg Assembly Note: Place screw heads on OUTSIDE of bench. Spine Beam Mount Twist Plate ¼-20 x 5/8 L hex cap screw 2 places. Leave loose. Rail Mount Leg Horizontal Insert leg to stops Note: Tighten set screw until metal forks are spread outward into tube sides. Joint should have no movement. ½-13 x 2 L Set Screw. 2 places. 4

10 Install Rear Supports on rail width 60 96, depths 24 and 30. Worksurface Rail Assembly Rear Support Front Cantilever Install Front Cantilevers on rails sizes 60w 96w, 30 DEEP ONLY Rail ¼-20 x 2.75L hex cap screw and nut 2 places. Tighten fully. 10

11 Spine Assembly Twist Plate Slide rail assemblies to align with twist plate holes ¼-20 x 5/8 L hex cap screw 4 places. Tighten fully. Double Bench Single Bench Note: Single Benches have one spine beam assembly and one rail assembly only. 11

32 Glass Territory Screen Assembly Glass Territory Screen Installation Insert polycarbonate spacers (3 places) down in between glass screen and rail so that the spacer is located on the side directly behind the set screw holes. Install set screws (3 places), tightening to polycarbonate spacers. Check to insure set screw is not touching the glass surface and is flush or below the rail surface. (see image below) Glass screen should be secure to rail with no wobble. Flush surface required Polycarbonate Spacer 3 places Set Screw ¼-28 x ¼ 3 places 32

33 End Cap Installation Tap gently using soft mallet until end cap is properly seated. DO NOT break tabs. Glass Territory Screen Assembly End Cap (2 places) Rail Cover Installation Snap rail cover down onto rail from above using block of wood with soft mallet. If necessary, shave excess paint on tabs to insure end cap is properly seated. Rail Cover Insure Rail Cover is properly seated 33

42 Side Mounted Screens Side mount screens can be installed at varying heights. Consult with customer or workstation designer for proper placement. #10 x 3/4 flat head self drilling screw, phillips drive #2. Screw through fabric or whiteboard material into aluminum frame behind. Take care not to pull fabric on screen face. Screws will mar surface. Brackets cannot be moved after holes are drilled. Measure carefully from top to each bracket to assure even installation.
