4 Altoona Cinemark XD12 Bidders Q&A Addenda 3, under B. Doors, question 5 is asking about the frame and the answer is for the door. Are the door and frame to be aluminum? Or just the door, or frame? All aluminum doors should have an aluminum frame. 2. One the door schedule door 109 is listed as door type 2A and material as aluminum, frame type 2A and material as hollow metal, but the door type legend show type 2A as aluminum. What material is the frame to be? Frame to be aluminum. 3. On the door schedule door 116 is listed as door type C and material hollow metal, but the door type legend shows type C as a wood door. What material is this door to be? Wood Door Type C 4. In the Wood Door spec section 2.02.A.2 states the XD Auditorium plam doors, kickplates, edge guards, vision glass/kit & pull are to be provided by the owner, and all other hardware is by GC, and all other auditorium doors and hardware are by GC. The only XD I can locate is on the building signage on exterior elevation 1/A7.01. Are all the auditoriums in the building XD and therefore covered by the owner, or are there specific doors that this applies to? There is only one XD Auditorium and it is #8. 5. Doors 108a, 108B & 109 list door/frame type 2A, but the frame details listed are for hollow metal. What material are these frames to be? All aluminum doors should have an aluminum frame. 6. Door 140 has hollow metal type E listed, but the finish listed is PLAM-1. Please confirm the frame material is to hollow metal. Frame and Door will be Hollow Metal. Door will be painted and will not have a plastic laminate finish. 7. Please confirm that the doors, frames and hardware for doors 104 and 105 are all provided by the Owner. These doors will be a part of the millwork package provided by the Owner. 8. Are specs available for toilet partitions? All toilet partitions are provided by the Owner through a National Account Vendor. 9. The legend on A5.01 shows Ceiling B as white, but the finished schedule (A6.51) shows this ceiling to be cream. Ceiling B is to be cream as shown in schedule on A The schedule on A6.51 shows Ceiling D to be 2x2, but the spec (09510) calls for 2x4. Ceiling D is to be 2x4 as shown in spec 11. The legend on A5.01 shows Ceiling F as a 2x2 ACT tile, but the finished schedule (A6.51) and spec (09510) do not indicate a Ceiling F ceiling type. Ceiling F (2x2 black ceiling tile) is not used 12. The ceiling spec (09510) calls for a black 2x2 tile that is not shown on the drawings. See item # The finished schedule (A6.51) does not indicate details for PT-1. PT-01 - Wall/Ceiling Paint, SW 6155, Rice Grain 14. PFT-2 details are not indicated on the finished schedule. PFT-02 Porcelain Tile, Daltile, Exhibition (Cement) EX07 Tailor Beige

5 15. A12.01, room 157 & 101, show both PFT-1 & PFT-2. Room 157 is to have PFT-04 floor. Room 101 floor is to have both PFT-01, PFT-02, and PFT Item 1.07 B states a Construction Staffing plan is to be submitted with bid. Spec Section A states this should be submitted no later than 1 week after start of construction. Submit brief statement of staffing with the bid. Staffing contact names and numbers are required within one week following bid tender. 17. Also, which is correct: Item 1.05 B or Item 1.05 C in regards to Construction Staffing time requirements. Please comply with 1.05B and delete 1.05C. 18. Do the paint grade trims need to be fire rated? Spec section Finished Carpentry 2.02 Wood Treatment Shows this requirement, but this is something that is not normally required in our area Please verify. Paint grade trim does not have to be fire rated. 19. The spec s list quarter sawn birch or MDF for paint grade trims. Is poplar acceptable? Poplar is acceptable. 20. Addendum #2 list the central bar element and finishes as supplied by Cinemark. Should I assume all work in Lobby 101 and Cantina 105 area is by owner? Basically all the millwork shown on Enlarged Floor Plan 1/A4.01. Yes. 21. Are the solid surface lav tops by the owner? There are colors listed but no specs. Tops are by Owner. END OF QUESTIONS
