Unless otherwise indicated, Contractor's costs for receiving and handling at Project site, labor, installation, overhead and profit, and similar costs related to products and materials selected by Architect under allowance shall be included as part of the Contract Sum and not part of the allowance. 13. Alternatives may be utilized subject to approval by OWNER. Also, the material is to be compacted to 90% of maximum density. 3. Question: For the 6 Islands will that be a single layer of material and can this material be taken from a 4-6 Rip Rap material? Clarifications: A single layer of 4-6 material is acceptable 4. Question: There is no specification for the Type of HMAC desired. Will a standard NMDOT Type B with PG64-22 oil be acceptable? Clarification: NMDOT Type B (PG64-22) is acceptable. Placement will be in accordance with NMDOT Standard Specifications. 5. Question: What Controls are currently installed and being used at the facility? Please provide the company name and contact info. Clarification: Any new controls are to tie into the existing Daiken control panel in the facility.
