SCOPE OF THIS ADDENDUM: The following becomes a part of the original Drawings and Project Manual, taking precedence over the items that may conflict. The bidder shall note receipt and make acknowledgement of this addendum on his bid form, incorporating its provisions in his bid. Addendum issued to all Prime Contract Bidders and to all others to whom Drawings and Project Manuals have been issued by the Architect or Contractor. ITEM NO. 16: DRAWING SHEET A Clarification: Based on original drawings, the 1960s portion of the building currently has a minimum of 2 of insulation with a ballasted roof. The 1998 portion has a minimum of 2 of insulation with an adhered EPDM membrane. ITEM NO. 17: DRAWING SHEET A Detail 2: a. Delete the following note: Repair EIFS from removal of light. b. 3 DIGITAL DATA REQUEST FORM Drawings, specifications and other documents, prepared by the Architect are Instruments of Service for use solely with respect to this Project and are copyrighted. The Instruments of Service for future additions or alterations to this Project or for other projects is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the Instruments of Service shall be without liability to the Architect and the Architect s consultants. Digital drawing files for this project are available for Contractor/subcontractor use in comprehension of the project and for preparing project submittals and shop drawings. The requesting party may use digital project data as an aid and convenience solely and exclusively for this project only. This Digital Data shall not be considered as supplementing or superceding the Contract Documents as originally issued. Information obtained from the digital data files beyond that represented on the original contract documents shall be verified by the requesting party. The requesting party shall hold harmless the Owner, Architect and Engineer from damage resulting from the use of digital data files without verifying information from the Contract Documents as originally issued or subsequently modified.
