The cost of all contained herein is to be included in the contract sum. The following revisions supersede the information contained in the original drawings and specifications issued for the above-named project to the extent referenced and shall become part thereof. 1.0 Drawings: 1.1 Refer to Building Assemblies (Drawings A2.0 to A4.2). Revise assembly F-2 to change 300mm PRE-ENGINEERED WOOD JOISTS to 400mm PRE-ENGINEERED WOOD JOISTS 1.2 Refer to Drawings A3.0 to A4.2: Revise elevation markers as follows: T/O GYPCRETE (SECOND FLOOR) = 3226 T/O WINDOW SILL (SECOND FLOOR) = 3858 U/S LINTEL (SECOND FLOOR) = 5383 T/O PLATE (SECOND FLOOR) = 5694 T/O GYPCRETE (THIRD FLOOR) = 6149 T/O WINDOW SILL (THIRD FLOOR) = 6781 U/S LINTEL (THIRD FLOOR) = 8306 T/O PLATE (THIRD FLOOR) = Refer to Drawings A2.2 to A2.3: Revise elevation markers as follows: T/O GYPCRETE (SECOND FLOOR) = 3226 T/O GYPCRETE (THIRD FLOOR) = Refer to Door drawing A5.1. Construct using 24 standard square patio stones. Add note: ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS TO RECEIVE 100mm OF TOPSOIL AND SEEDED. Add note: CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE A UNIT RATE (PER m2) FOR SOD IF REQUIRED.
