Proceeding with the Work in accordance with these instructions indicates your acknowledgement that there will be no change in the Contract Sum or Contract Time. If a change in the Contract Sum or Contract Time is justified contractor shall submit a Change Order for approval prior to proceeding with the work. Description: The following modifications are to be made; 1. Bar has been updated. Plumbing for bar to be issued at later date. 2. Finishes for Bar added to finish legend of finish schedule attached. 3. Moved south wall of Office 104 south Added insulation, drywall and ceiling in Storage 105 and Copy Added door opening Deleted south door to storage Changed opening 143 back to a pair of doors exiting west. 8. Added power to televisions per previous architectural ASI. 9. Added power and data layout for fitness room and mech and storage areas. 10. Added fire rated poke thru flush service for 2nd row of exercise equipment 11. Added power/data along south wall of fitness. Indicated devices to be mounted in switch boxes horizontally on front vertical face with extension for mounting with carpet installation. 12. RTU-1 changed from a 40 amp breaker to a 35 amp breaker. 40 amp breaker is adequate if existing fusing at disconnect at rooftop unit is correct. 13. Added light fixture type N and control to copy Added two light fixture type A3 and control to storage Removed fixture type B2-EM at entry and added two type EM3 emergency lights (exterior emergency light to be selected) 16. Removed light fixture type B3-EM in lounge and added type EM emergency light 17. Relocated light fixture type EM2 to west side of lobby, mounted on soffit. 18. Add 2 light fixture type U and control to mech Removed fluorescent and LED lighting from bar 110. Type T specification and quantity of fixtures revised. 20. Replacement fluorescent strips type DD in existing panel ceiling has been revised to indicate as a dimmed circuit. 21.
