2 ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE (DATED FEBRUARY 29, 2016) TO THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP RENOVATIONS TO B, C, AND H WING GANG TOILET ROOMS TO CONFORM TO ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Intent It is the intent of this addendum to modify certain portions of the contract documents (dated February 19, 2016) for: RENOVATIONS TO B, C, AND H WING GANG TOILET ROOMS and shall be included as part of the construction documents. This document consists of one page with drawing attachments. Bid package clarifications and/or changes: I. GENERAL 1. Prebid meeting was held at the project site on February 25, At the meeting, the scope of work and schedule were reviewed. A walk through of the work areas was done so those in attendance could become familiar with site. II. SPECIFICATIONS N/A III. DRAWINGS 2. The CD that was issued with the Specifications was incomplete. Attached to this Addendum are the following drawings which are to be used for bid preparation. This document consists of two pages with five (5) drawing attachments. Bid package clarifications and/or changes: I. GENERAL None II. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Invitation to Bid is revised to read: Bids will be received on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 10:00 AM. 2. Bid Proposal form is to be revised to read: The bid will be received on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 10:00 AM. III. DRAWINGS 3 The drawings attached to Addendum No. 2 were not correct in that the issued for bid date of 2/19/16 was not shown and Alternate No. 1 was not indicated on Drawing A-1. The attached drawings show Alternate No. 1 and the issue for Bid Date of 2/19/16 and are to be used. No other changes have been made.
