Design changes may occur for any number of reasons. 4 CLARIFICATION NO.4 TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS The PAIP TFSU would like to issue the following clarification in response to questions asked by a bidder in relation to the above named tender. The questions and answers are provided below: Reference, bid page no 1 Pg 165 GCC (28. Warranty) Question Regarding defective equipment - Clause 28.6 states: If having been notified, the Supplier fails to remedy the defect within the period specified in the SCC, the Purchaser may proceed to take within a reasonable period such remedial action as may be necessary The time period provided to remedy the defect is missing from the Special Conditions of Contract table on page 181. Please provide this detail. Answer Please refer to Addendum No Pg 106, states: A relevant subset of the project drawings will be included in the bid documents Please advise when these drawings will be made available? These should be available now. There may be minor adjustments to As Built drawings as the tower structure is raised and fitted out. On completion of the major tower build, only ten is it likely (for occupational health and safety reasons) that the supplier will be able to gain access to the site Refers to drawing FIA A-510, please provide specified drawing. It would be advisable for the successful supplier to discuss the structural aspects with the design architects prior to finalizing a mounting solution. Contact details will be supplied as required. Please clarify. 10 ITB 22.1 Bid Following detailed review of the bid documents, Submission Deadline and pending response to the open clarification questions, we formally request an extension to this date of three (3) weeks, to Tuesday 22 nd May The requested extension also considers Easter and ANZAC Day holiday periods which fall in March/April. Please refer to Addendum No. 1. Pg in table: Is this meant to read pilot not plot? This is a typing error. Please refer to Addendum No. 1
