Partial Bid is allowed.. 2) Warranty : 36 months 3) Rate Contract: 1 Year from the date of issue of 1 st Purchase Order by ELCOT and renewable on mutually agreed basis. 4) The total cost excluding applicable GST and including all other duties and charges (Such as Customs Duty, Installation Charges etc.) of overall items will be taken for Price Bid evaluation. The lowest offered Bidder for Overall item will be called as L1 Bidder for that item. The vendor who quote the lowest total price will be considered as L1 bidder.
