THIS ADDENDUM SUPERSEDES AND SUPPLEMENTS ALL PORTIONS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITH WHICH IT CONFLICTS. ALL ASPECTS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLY TO THIS ADDENDUM. ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS NOT ALTERED OR AMENDED REMAIN PART OF THE CONTRACT WORK. Delete from and replace with The owner will be responsible to secure and pay for the third party permit reviews and the General Construction building permit. Each Prime Contractor will be responsible to secure and pay for any other permits, fees, licenses and inspections as described in or required by East Donegal Township officials with the exception of the water tapping fee and fees from the cable TV and telephone companies. The East Donegal Township Municipal Authority will waive the water tapping fee for this project. In addition, each Prime Contractor will pay all utility fees and charges for construction work performed by the utility company serving their discipline, with the exception of the fees and charges by the cable TV and telephone companies. All fees and charges for construction work performed by the cable TV and telephone companies will be paid by the owner. The PPL work order number is

Section Ventilation Schedule with Calculations Hose connection. Sillcocks, hose bibs, wall hydrants and other openings with a hose connection shall be protected by an atmospheric-type or pressure type vacuum breaker or permanently attached connection vacuum breaker. Provide a complete ventilation schedule showing the mechanical code occupant load, the supply, return and outside air required for each room or space. Wall hydrants will have an integral backflow prevention device and hose bibs will have an in line backflow preventor. See specification section Add the Ventilation Schedule with Calculations; refer to Addendum #3 attachments. Drawing A1.2 Add Sign type G 8 x 8 size. Occupant Load with two or three digit number above. Provide (1) sign in Room 136, Public Meeting Room. Electric drinking fountains shall be protected with a ground-fault circuitinterrupter protection heating, Airconditioning, and refrigeration Equipment Outlet. A 125-volt single-phase, 15- or 20-ampererated receptacle outlet shall be installed at an Item 10 The electric drinking fountain receptacle is GFCI protected. Refer to Legend indicating that a Duplex receptacle with filled center is GFCI type. Item 11 Receptacle outlets are provided for the HVAC equipment refer to mechanical connection schedule which indicates the circuit and provision of GFCI receptacle within 25 of equipment.

The receptacle shall be located on the same level and within 7.5 m (25ft) of the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The receptacle outlet shall not be connected to the load side of the equipment disconnecting means. In nonresidential occupancies, hot water or tempered water shall be supplied for bathing and washing purposes. Tempered water shall be supplied through a water temperature limiting device that conforms to ASSE 1070 and shall limit tempered water to a maximum of 110 F (43 C). This provision shall not supersede the requirement for protective shower valves in accordance with section 424.3? Tempered water will be provided to all fixtures requiring hot water.
