2 Pre-Design Phase (Programming Analysis) This portion of the project is worth 50 points and is due on January 26 th. Students during spring 2015 will be grouped into one of three teams (Administrative/Executive; Production/Operations; or Ancillary) and will analyze the detailed programming document and will provide the following items to their classmates and students enrolled in ACT 400 Senior Capstone: Adjacency Matrix for entire office Detailed Criteria Matrix for assigned area (use template provided) Prototypical Plan Sketches for assigned area. Schematic Design Phase Once the pre-design phase has been completed and distributed to all students, each design student with input from their ACT partner, will prepare several schematic designs to include the following: NOTE: 4 points will be deducted from your overall grade for missed checks.
