Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification. This Addendum makes the following changes and/or clarifications: Architectural Drawings 1. A1.1, Environmental add to note 3 COV landfill does not accept lead paint. 2. A1.1, General Note 15 add Viewing the museum and the amount of displays and complexity of ceiling items will be useful prior to bidding. Dust and debris from roof tongue and groove decking is anticipated. See project photos in specification /A2.2 Delete note On north elevation.... trim. 13 LF of fascia. 4. 1/A2.4 Change Sheet Metal Trim Flashing to Sheet Metal Trim Flashing Remove 5. 1/A2.4 Add note There is a possibility that energized electrical conduits are on the topside of the wood deck. 6. 2/A2.4 Replace partial detail with attached partial new detail. This supersedes addendum # /A2.4 Replace partial detail with attached partial detail. This supersedes addendum # /A2.5 After ¾-inch BUR roof membrane remove add as much as possible with minor damage to the plywood decking. 9. 5/A3.1 add note Relocate approximately 30 LF of electrical conduit and 3 junction boxes /A3.4 After Liquid applied membrane flashing add EZ Seal by Malarkey or approved equal. 11. A4.1, Structural Beam and Decking Corrosion note 1 add Surfaces include those easily visible during demolition.

E2.1 - Entire sheet reissued, see attached. Specifications , 1.4 B, 1 Delete and replace with the following Malarkey Specification Numbers: a. M5-MU-BHC-H for HHES 3-Canopies b. M5-MI-BHC-H for Library c. M5-WI-BHC-H for Museum , 2.8 A Add: 1. Insulation choices: both layers polyisocyanurate or EPS; or polyisocyanurate as bottom layer and EPS as top layer. No EPS is to be adhered with hot asphalt. 2. Additive Alternate #2 is to add 2 of insulation to the museum and library roofs. Contractor s choice to use specified insulation types. Increase metal framing size , 2.8 B Delete words First Layer: , 2.8 C Delete words Second Layer: , 3.5, D Delete entirely and replace with: D. Insulation Adhesives 1. Polyisocyanurate: Follow manufacturer s instructions for adhering with hot
