8 GSH 350 ad 500 series compact a The heavy duty graulators of the GSH 350 ad 500 series feature rotors i widths ragig from 500 mm to 1000 mm with a diameter of 350 or 500 mm. Differet rotor ad hopper styles allow the graulators to be tailored to differet applicatios i the plastic recyclig field. 10 GSH 600 ad 700 series the allrou The heavy duty graulators of the GSH 600 ad 700 series offer differet rotor desigs i widths ragig from 800 mm to 1600 mm with diameters of 600 ad 700 mm. These medium sized machies are used as cetral griders for heavy applicatios such as thick walled pipe, ijected parts such as crates, i blow moldig settigs to hadle parts as well as cold parisos. 12 GSH 800 ad 1100 series high throu The large GSH 800 ad 1100 series machies are available with rotors of 800 ad 1100 mm diameter ragig i width from 1200 to 2400 mm. These heavy duty machies are desiged to withstad the toughest applicatios ad deliver cosistet high quality regrid at rates exceedig 5 tos per hour. 14 Rotor ad cuttig chamber details S5-Rotor This rotor is suitable for light materials as well as thick rigid pieces like taks or crates. The semi-closed desig reduces the aggressivity of the rotor. S7-Rotor The closed 7 blade rotor is used for heavy thick walled products. It is closed thus will avoid overloadig eve o heavy materials such as solid lumps or thick walled pipe. H9-Rotor Similar to the S7 rotor the H9 rotor is a closed rotor ad maily used i heavy applicatios. The desig allows for the kife support to be made from highly wear resistat steel whe used with cotamiated materials. L7-Rotor The L7 rotor features a sigle cross cut desig which is used i high temperature applicatios, such as car taks. 14

15 esure cosistet results With Deflectio Wedge The removable deflectio wedge houses a third stator kife. It allows easy ad fast adjustmets of the machies aggressivity. Without Deflectio Wedge The ifeed is very strog ad aggressive, the first cut will happe at the 4 o' clock positio. Well suited for bulky materials, such as caisters or pales. The deflectio wedge alters the ifeed of the machie ad moves the first cut to the 2 o' clock positio. Well suited for heavy thick walled parts such as lumps or pipe. Due to the added stator kife it icreases the umber of cuts per revolutio the output o light material such as film is icreased. Kife adjustmet Rotor ad stator kives are preset outside the machie prior to istallatio i a supplied fixture. This makes awkward adjustmet iside the machie uecessary. Cuttig chamber The heavy duty bearigs are separated from the cuttig chamber to avoid lubricats from eterig the cuttig chamber ad failure of the bearigs due to material cotamiatio.
