Istallatio ad start-up of the machiig cetre are as simple as ever before, as almost all parts have bee fixed to the machie ad eed ot be removed for trasportatio or relocatio. The special feature of the ew series is the way how the compoets are fed ito the machie. The ECO-RS is of the iclied-bed type, meaig that the table is fixed to the machie i a almost vertical positio ad ca be swivelled. The compoets are fed ito the machie from the frot, while machiig takes place i the machie s iterior. As the table is iclied by 12, the compoets are o loger placed ad clamped horizotally, but almost vertically. Oce the compoets are i place, the table will be swivelled by 180. Here, safety is esured by a scaer that covers the etire area. Thus, the operator will o loger have to wait for doors to ope or similar thigs.
