The mai compoet of the system is the 2000 amp power bay which houses the rectifiers ad MCA chassis. The cabled architecture allows the placemet of the bays aywhere the user desires without regard to ay specific order. This also makes it more user friedly i applicatios where existig obstacles, such as support colums, eed to be accommodated. The total plat size is defied by the maximum capacity of the Mai Battery Termiatio Bars (MBTB). The NetSure 702 power system cotais a powerful, microprocessor-based meter, cotrol ad alarm system capable of moitorig ad cotrollig up to 168 rectifiers. The MCA provides a 4 lie, 40-character alphaumeric display, which ca be activated at the touch of a keypad. Each rectifier bay ca accommodate up to 36 plug play rectifiers, which are cotrolled by the MCA. Additioal bays ca be added as load requiremets icrease. The NetSure 702 power system is compatible with the NetSure amp modular distributio bays. Each bay ca be cofigured with up to 70 positios of fuses ad circuit breakers from amps. The NetSure 702 Series houses up to 168 rectifiers, which provide load power, battery float curret ad battery recharge curret. The rectifiers are moitored ad cotrolled by the MCA. Both uit types ca be used i a system together. esure Rectifiers Rectifier Shelf The NetSure 702 rectifiers are housed i modular shelves that accommodate up to six rectifiers each. The rectifier shelves are 23" (58.42cm) wide ad 5.25" (13.33cm) high. Each bay is equipped with six shelves. AC coectios are wired from each shelf to the top of the bay. There are two 3-phase feeds per shelf. Hybrid Applicatios The NetSure 702 power system is desiged to operate i cojuctio with existig equipmet. Leverage our pateted PowerShare techology to deploy a true hybrid power plat by reusig existig power ad/or distributio. Modules & Optios AC Iput The NetSure 702 is cofigured for 208/240 VAC three-phase service. Each three-phase feed powers three rectifiers. The AC coectios are located at the top of the bay. DC Output The DC output is provided through a termiatio bus rated at 2000 amps per bay. The bus accommodates up to (7) 750 mcm cables per polarity. DC Output Termiatio Pael Moitorig/Cotrol The MCA provides a sigle poit of adjustmet for such features as float voltage, test/equalize voltage, high voltage shut-dow ad curret limit for all rectifiers i the etire power system. The MCA provides local idicators ad the ability to trasmit various alarm coditios, system measuremets ad system settigs. All measuremets ad adjustmets ca be performed locally via the alphaumeric display o the frot of the MCA pael or remotely usig the optioal LMS1000 moitor.
