The site is currently undevelped. A Draft Plan f Subdivisin has been prepared fr the future develpment f the site which includes a mix f semi detached, medium and high density residential and retirement residences. CONCLUSONS AND RECOMMENDATONS Based n the freging, there are height restrictins assciated with the prpsed develpment f the Andpet Realty Site.
